A strange thing has happened with my account which I suspect is a scam but I cannot contact Betfair which is a disgrace.The top stip in my betfair market in a race is in German.In switching to another page details of the last 3 numbers of my mobile are shown and a new fast way of withdrawing or making deposits is displayed with an invitation for me to withdraw £297.Of course this will show details of my banking.However I cannot get in touch with betfair which I think is disgracing and shows a contempt of their customers.
There has not been a Betfair customer service telephone number for at least 5, maybe 10 years.

I do not do Twitter or facebook or any other media method.It is a disgrace that betfair choose to save a few quid rather than the financial welfare of its clients.

sparrow - I am not saying it's efficient, I am saying it's the way it is. Though to be fair I prefer digital comms to telephone comms personally. First Direct excepted.
chatto - if you don't do social media, you can still do the webchat - if you can post here and use the BF website, you have a working web browser which is all you need.
though - as per my discussions with onlooker in the past - you don't need to use Twitter as social media - just create an account and use it only for communications with businesses.
