4 mile race- decided by a nose. 5f race - decided by a nose. The trip doesn't matter, the horses and jockeys always make sure to make as close as finish as possible.

Isabella Bee lost by a head, the third horse was 4.75L behind. So Isabella being 1% slower wouldn't have made a difference, it never does, only being 1% faster does.

The second one was Enthused losing by a neck. Mug layers always getting lucky.

Yeah, Lelantos won in a photo at 3.2m, saved my day. Coulda had another loss by a neck.

Absolutely Poppydog. Given the attendance will be mainly holidaymakers who aren't necessarily that committed to racing, a day full of close finishes will enthuse them far more for the sport than a string of 15 length winners, and hopefully mean they'll be more likely to go racing again.
