He was not found guilty Clydebank,he pleaded guilty!! yeah because the disgrace of the judge bullied him to plead guilty to stay out of jail and then hit him with a PoC order which means he'll in all likelihood go to jail anyway. |

No doubt tobymug was cheering on all those poor sods who ran post offices and were bullied into pleading guilty when they did nothing wrong. |

You are a clueless moron Dave,name how many of the sub postmasters pleaded guilty before trial? A judge has no function in England other than to advise on points of law,even during a trial and then after to sentence.I suppose you have seen a judge banging a gavel in an English Court and bawling at people?

I'm pretty sure the identification is done via the Computer ID and not the IP. It's pretty easy to vary the IP but not change the device.
365 is the only site I've been unable to log into via VPN, even if I try a different country. If for example I give somebody £400 cash and they let me spend £400 on a bank card in their name, it would be money laundering. I cannot prove the province of the original cash, and I am in fact deliberately disguising it. If you do that on a scale of tens of thousands of pounds and get caught, it's not going too end well. |
