When falling in was first mentioned, I visualised her sitting on a bench on a conference call. I thought she may have been throwing a ball for the dog and it rolled down the bank and perched near the edge of the water. She decided to nip down quickly and get the ball while the person/people on the other end of the call wouldn’t even know she had gone.
Seeing pictures of the ‘scene’ and having read about the actual depth of the water, that seems very implausible now. If she had fell in (without knocking herself out) then surely she would’ve screamed loud enough for it to be heard on the phone. It’s a very baffling case with many possibilities. I’m not even sure if I’d like to take a stab at whether she’s dead or alive. |

no one would know anything as its been reported she was only listening in..imo impos to fall in and knock yourself out unless you dived 45 degrees hd down. |

I noticed that on your post, Rico. I hadn’t read that when I started typing.

and if she did say run down from the bench to the riverside for some reason and the ground was not rock hard, there would be signs,i.e skid marks in the grass/mud as she tried to save herself from going in......until possibly they all got trampled in by the public?!

God help all the innocents who drive tatty red vans. They'd be advised to lock them away for a few days until the vigilante sleuths have gotten bored of looking for someone to string up..

It’s looking very likely that she isn’t in the water. The most likely situations would seem to be…. Murdered, kidnapped or fled on her own accord for some reason.
Any other contenders? |

dog could swim so no immediate panic but I fear another person with dog could be a strong possibility?

Fishing nearby and deep water

Dog sniffers must have been used early, so obviously she is in the river.

A major flop if not.

Safe to say I think that she didn't go into the water in front of the bench, where apparently it is only 3 foot deep. However,I don't know whether that depth at that location is a fact though.....just going by what I have read.

You'd have to hope their house has been thoroughly searched, but with this lot in charge, who knows.

"until the vigilante sleuths have gotten bored of looking for someone to string up..".......and if someone is responsible for her death, then they do need stringing up, instead of costing the tax payer at least £40,000 a year to keep them and similar pieces of sh_t in "prison" for years.

the wqater is only 3ft deep by the bench says the sonar guy ,the deep water warning signs are there for when there has been a lot of rain and the river is in flood imo which it wasnt the time she went missing .

Obviously a stack of questions to answer but still the biggest for me is why the dog is bone dry assuming the police are correct with their assumption.
As seen with pictures from her socail media a/c , Willow loves the water... https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/pictures-of-nicola-bulley-s-dog-swimming-raise-serious-doubts-about-police-theory/ar-AA17iGol?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=632836bb1c7746218c45a18b73d467db |

Dog walkers I am onto you!
|
|
By:
Metro john......you may have a point, but if the dog stealing gangs is the angle(of which there are many of the barstewards about), then their objective wasn't successful...and to kill an owner in the attempt, is highly unlikely I think.
A "dog walker" though, could no doubt use that disguise to suss out places to burgle for example..... but down by the river that doesn't apply.....unless of course one is a potential/wannabe rapist/murderer and the dogs enable you to get close to other owners for a chat and so on. Having said that, there have always been aggressive twa_ts walking their fighting type dogs as if they are extensions of their penis, so who knows!! |

Obvious misinformation by experts to police, they seem confident she was in river so obviously one can be critical why they did not work from Morecombe inwards from the start? The tides of Morecombe are possibly the strongest in the uk, so just 10 mile away or so the river must have strong tides, infect they are admitting they worked from the wrong starting search point, and now say body may never be found? some experts must have been way off-track with movement and speed of tide,
|
|
By:
10 -13 mile in helicopter would have been visual for any floating body etc, it stinks!
|
|
By:
why in a few days they will inform us all that the waters just 5 mile down river are strong enough to sweep a body under and out to sea, but they have already told us , have they not?
|
|
By:
yes, because it will conveniently and seemingly solve the mystery that they don't really want to solve, possibly for reasons I outlined previously. Just an hypothesis, that could well be wrong!
|
|
By:
The 23 cockle pickers that died at Morecombe because of tide , well some sculls were found 7 years later, terrible tide and so fast.
|
|
By:
as ive previously said..early there was an appeal for the woman with yellow jacket on on the other side of the road bridge as you would turn right to walk along river...why has no cctv been shown of Nicola walking the same path? why is the husband so composed ? has Gerry McCann given him advice?
|

Show them the shed you have…

By:
the river where the phone was found on the bench didnt look fast flowing to me and only 3 ft deep according to sonar guy and when police were in the water searching it was bareley above their knees ,unless she fell into the river at that spot head first and hit her head on a rock canrt see how she wouldnt get out and its reported she is a strong swimmer .
|
|

The River Wyre becomes tidal below the weir at St Michaels. It's got about another 13 miles to flow to reach the coast from this point.
The weir is a couple hundred yards downstream from the bench area, how could a body pass the weir unless was floating. |
|
By:
What would your best guess be, Rico?
|
|
By:
so were there any slip marks from her boots or clawing from her hands.
if she walked away the dog would of followed and been found further away than the bench. why was the bench not removed for forensics. the dog was dry so didn't jump in. how long was the cctv disabled and who disabled it has anyone been questioned about it. nobody hear anything on the conference meeting. she just had a new client have they been questioned |
