ignore runner up moving across because its nothing compared to the movement of the winner and that close any interference at all has made a difference. Especially considering the momentum of the runner up , another stride and its half a length up

I would argue the bump affected both of the horses so who could say what would have happened. They were racing toether. Neither was coming from behind. In the event of doubt its easier for them to leave , as in VAR.

If you didn't bet it Hulk it really doesn't matter if you was right. Personally I didn't see enough in it to reverse it. Luke had his whip in the right hand, if a horse still drifts slightly into the whip how is it the jockeys fault?
