I watched it and thought he was hard done to.Incidentally the low life's who got caught a few weeks after the incident in a stolen car are suing him for damages.

it's a complete and utter disgrace hologon...
and it shows the Criminal Justice System up for what it is... a total joke. |

Was blood boiling stuff. He should've no commented like the toerags did. Was answering in shock.

By:
Shame, I think it was the two ferals injuries that saved them from going to jail, maybe they will think twice before setting out to rob again, I somehow doubt it. Yes I read that Hologon, suing for a million I think. !! Worlds gone mad.

records as long as your arms but spared jail due to their injuries. Seen fit to do community service though. Its all bollox.

Not no where as bad as what we saw last night but my daughter was assaulted by her ex partner recently. He was waiting for her, grabbed her out the car and threw her to the ground. Picked up her phone and smashed it to pieces.
He was charged with criminal assault, criminal damage and a breech of the peace. There was a witness who saw it all and gave a statement to the police. The week before his court date we found out they had let him off with both the criminal assault and criminal damage charges if he pled guilty to a breech the peace, which he did. |

I am considerably knowledgeable on this subject. I have great sympathy for the guy BUT, & it's a very big but-the red mist descended & he went after the scum although technically they had not broken in. If he had allowed them to break in & then defended his wife & kids, the outcome would have been totally different. It's like the guy who shot the traveller burglar in the back while escaping. He had previous form of taking pot shots at gypsies & shot him while on the way out. They did the "right" thing, but in the wrong way. Of course I would never condone violence against any human being under any circumstances!

Haven't seen it but understand the gist, the rot set in when PACE became law in England and taking prosecutions out of the hands of Police into the hands of the CPS.We called it Pamper All Criminals Equally.Guarantee had this been under Judges Rules and not PACE the police would have made every effort to help the chap who caught the scrotes and done their best to have the scum banged up.
The Judges are useless when it comes to sentencing and take too much notice of the liberal do gooders helping the scrotes. |
By:
Of course it was not a hard thing to condone what the householder did, but he reacted as most of us would do, but he went that bit too far in smashing them into the lorry and could easily have killed them, not surprised he got jail for GBH, but annoying nonetheless.
By:
Did they forensically prove he rammed them ?? If so as someone had alluded to earlier he would have been better off just doing as they done and gone with " no comment " strategy.
Riding a stolen bike, no insurance, records as long as your arm for Robbing and end up with 200 hrs community service and a chance of a bumper insurance payout.! ![]() ![]() |
By:
It was proved the car rammed the bike BUT the police decided it was not intentional.
By:
The householder who was jailed is now being sued by the two thieving scumbags, presumably on the basis that they are not as quick to run from burglaries as they were before they got stopped (on a stolen motorcycle)
By:
.. Thanks slicer.
By:
Hope the scumbags come across someone who sorts them out, terminally, and I mean that, do not deserve to have a life, they are scum.Wish we had the laws and prisons of America, this country is too soft.

the dealer...
hideous stuff that... absolutely no surprise tho. |

The party of law and order are responsible for making the laws.
------------------------------------------------------------------- correct mrcombustible... about time the lawmakers got their finger out and started chopping off the hands of runtbags like this... all politicians of all parties are guilty as charged imv... or send them to Saudi Arabia and see if they rob folk over there... |
By:
Not the law or law makers at fault it is the Judiciary for leniency, most based on common law in England and Scotland!!
By:
the sentencing scenario is hideous throughout the UK cagliari...
politicians can do something about that... but choose to do SFA. |
By:
You only had to look at their faces to see what they are, Feral scum producing more feral scum. One actually sais " Well, I've got to feed my family!" It would be laughable if it wasn't so serious.

Young thugs are not worried about the Law anymore, some of them even think stabbing someone is a status thing.Watched 3 young thugs pinch a car then was chased by the police, bashed a number of vans and cars on their way, when the car broke down they all did runners, but were all caught. What happened was they were let off for insufficient evidence, what about all the damage they caused, all they did was laugh their heads off.
By:
the runtbags turned this guy and his wife's life around in the space of a couple of minutes...
what did they get ? a few hours community service and a suspended sentence... their criminal record is as long as an elephant's trunk ffs... how many chances do they get to show society that they are pure filth runtbags and they have had enough chances ? ridiculous. |
By:
Slicer...
someone once said to me 'vermin breeds vermin'... they are correct... feel sorry for the bairns of the clown who already has two and a third was on the way... what chance have they got with a father like that ? |
By:
Slicer understand your views in the matter, but some of these thugs stab and kill someone and are out on the streets in 5 years.Im sorry but I believe an eye for an eye,as the justice system in this country will not give you satisfaction, not unless you sort it yourself, when they get a life sentence it should be life.

the answer Mr Hibby is the number that lies between minus one & plus one. Unfortunateley the UK has become a moral cesspit where anything goes. The law is more concerned with protecting Stop The Oil malingerers than protecting the public from thieving c**ts. When they catch the barstewards the pinko liberal judges smack their hands & say don't do it again you naughty boy (for the umpteenth time). I gave up on all this a long time ago. It's time for a private police force & forgetting deterents or rehabilitation & to concentrate on harsh punishment.
By:
oh i agree completely slicer...
take the fkrs to Saudi Arabia and leave them there for a year or two... let's see how many motorbikes they steal there. |
By:
If you want to blame anybody then blame the liberal do gooders and the Politicians who support them (all parties),the laws have always been adequate but the "move with the times" shyte is the problem. Now bent, short coppers are actively recruited not to mention the Mets penchant for lack of background checks!!!
At worst it is "bent" Judges handing out sentences and not because they take bribes,at best it would be because they do,like todays police. At least we knew even a "bent" copper got villains convicted for something, interviews at the end of Southend Pier worked better than PACE!!! |
By:
Tantpis- I agree with you BUT- what he did was against the law. I will not go into details without revealing something important to me but if you look at the European Convention of Human Rights it virtually spells out what can be done.

The police are a waste of time, read that they employed a few rapists on to the force, what a joke.

Mr Hunt hates Law and Order and he is under scrutiny Nationwide since going skint in case reverting to burglary, his stock in trade!! HTH

At the end of the show it stated that the CPS determined prosecuting White was in the public interest. It probably would have been in the public interest if he had took the scrotes out completely.
When the red mist hit he did put public safety in danger. Given the circumstances, I would have thought most sensible people would conclude that a suspended sentence was in order. His life and familiy's life had already been ruined, and will spend the rest of it looking over their shoulders. |
By:
absolutely agree with all of that cider.
