You have said many times that you ‘lay the correct score’ at around 70 minutes. All that amounts to is that you’re backing another goal to be scored. You’re probably not even watching the games but you’re happy to have a blind punt on a 50/50 shot.

You are aware teams score within five minutes…..you are referring to one game last night when they scored late in the first 45…..

Depending on the competition Kenbo…..right now the leagues are at it up here and down south desperate for points..

Just watch the old firm up here ….

City played 38 premier league games last year. They won 28. That means you’re collecting ten times. I don’t know the average price but there’s probably not much in it either way.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LAYING City 23/24 season in the EPL (using my prices) resulted in a 10pt profit (less commission) and a 9.64pt loss.

Would you expect any thing different from a confirmed idiot lief? Hibby will be brought out soon saying how silly the other half of the brain cell is for betting on goals, makes him feel like he got a result!!

straight win aceform ?

or are you still going to play with the 'goals' market i have advised against many times ?

Happens hibb, teams are more than capable of scoring one or two,it’s an odds thing….

Liverpool if you can get 1.25 or slightly better is certainly a win with the type of players that score for fun…..

I also think they will score more than 2 …

Would/will I play £200 to win £50 ..most likely over the 90 minutes…I certainly know where you are coming from….

so it's a Liverpool win as bet 1..

and Liverpool to score more than 2.5 goals as bet 2 ?

what price do you have bet 2 as a back aceform ?
By:

Looking at the prices I will stick to the win bet @ 1.25 ish……
By:

if you don't get 1.25 will you not back Liverpool aceform ?

Have you tried a "bet-builder" - you can do a load of related contingencies at odds that have been cropped accordingly. It sounds like it would suit you imo, tbf, tbh, jcb, gpo, pto, ffs.

Put in the price hibb,if it gets matched good and well……if they score early it’s gone….
By:

sounds like a major change in strategy aceform ?

coz normally you would just take the price on offer.

You could say that, Hibby. Six months ago he was place laying favourites at 1.99 for £25 a pop. His new strategy is to up the stakes nearly ten fold to try and win £50. You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

i'm always told on here to 'adapt or die' kenbo...

let's see if it works for aceform.

I thought you were a price player hibb…..surely you put up a price and hope it will be matched…..

Same as horse racing, which I still play…..put up the stake and price and hope….we all live in hope…..

There is a big difference between adapting versus just reverting back to a strategy that has already failed for you time after time imo. That's not adapting, that is regressing.

He just needs to admit that his opinion is worthless (in so much as it is pretty much identical to the next man's opinion) - but he's not capable of admitting that. He genuinely thinks that his opinion is somehow more special or valuable. On that basis, he is incapable of being imaginative or creative.

Once you free yourself of opinions, you can focus on what really matters - the price. It's a little bit counterintuitive - but you never know, at some point you might even find yourself laying a selection that you opine will win or backing a selection that you opine will lose. At that point, you have a slight chance.

This pretty much sums you up. You are not alone though, it is the trait of all failed gamblers.

After so many years, why, oh why, would you not just try something different, instead of going around around in the same old circles?

very rarely do i put up a price on the football and hope it gets matched aceform...

i have a price in my head before i look at the market...

Portugal 1.2 the other night being an example...

they were trading at 1.25 so i hit the blue button.
