I had winning bets (placed legitimately) on the 3.10 Down Royal and the 3.30 Kempton voided and stakes returned. But losing bets on the 3.16 at Beverley and no stakes refunded!! Not impressed. |

I haven't used PurpleDaq much at all for 18 months because the liquidity was getting poor, especially on minor Irish meetings. Yesterday I wanted to lay High Definition at Curragh and, when Betfair went down, I went over there:
Couldn't get matched so I tried a bigger price and no one would take it either. There was hardly a penny on the bet side waiting. It seemed to be that, without guidance from Betfair, the daq-bots were afraid to put any money up. And this was the Curragh! It reminded me of why I stopped using PurpleDaq. Maybe Betfair was hit by a cyber attack. $hit happens. But atleast we still have Betfair and we should be thankful of that. |

Agree with Tom , sites go down all over the world but as soon as it happens on Betfair it's suddenly the end of civilisation as we know it.
As for happened every day for the last 10 years , as Rico posted when was the last outage again ? |
