The trick is to only match the winner at 10.0, not just the favourite, but every horse at the top of the market
|
|
By:
The winner actually traded within a huge price range before the race - can you think of a way you could have made a profit from that (in the absence of any software, fast pictures, etc) before the race?
You're still chasing rainbows and it's stopping you from seeing the more realistic regular payday that is right in front of your nose! |

Jessiemac 230 IR pure coincidence 1) Why do you keep saying "pure coincidence" after some of the races? 2) How much did you have on at 230? 3) Can you let us know about the next "coincidence" before the next "coincidence" occurs - i.e. which race will hit 230?, which horse will hit 230? How much for? etc, etc. Otherwise all you are doing is informing us how high the winner was matched after each race - we can all see that for ourselves and do not require this service from you! ![]() |

By:
Jessiemac is from my lay angle that is currently 5-17, breakeven at SP but the winners were at 19, 9.2, 8.5 and 230 IR.

What are the odds of 4 out of 5 winners drifting so much IR?

Take my hat off to you Management if you can stay calm

what are the odds of losing 80 quid backing the fav at 10.0 over the last 50+ races ?
|
|
By:
I say that the IR odds are inefficient. In the first 2 races, we got 2nd fav winning at 30 IR and fav winning at 230 IR. I ironically say it's a coincidence because you actually think that a 1 in 6900 event just happened. Funny that just 2 days ago we had a 1 in 8250 event mentioned earlier.

Is Gaze a younger version of Jim Bowen??
This is what you could have won. But the reality is you didnt. |
|
By:
Tiger if you're afraid of losing your 10 quid then lay the favs before backing them at 10.
|
|
By:
Backing every winner yesterday was a 123,876,000/1 event. Coincidence ? so what ?
|
|
By:
It's all a wind-up Tiger (imo) - nobody can be here since 2012 and still be so stupid.
I need to get a life - but I am all green on the snooker already and the dog still doesn't want to leave the house! |

By:
Royal Act 300 IR, efficient market.
|
|
By:
Gaze - by your reconning/maths the "coincidence" has now struck at odds of 2,070,000 and we've only had 4 races!

the fact that he's posted a 20/1 outsider as adding weight to his system tells me all I need. Im out !

By:
I backed No Cruise Yet, beaten by a 90/1 shot.
|
|
By:
The point is that horses I lay or indirectly lay by backing others always make ridiculous comebacks.

Cinzento 16 IR
Oasis Irlandes 12IR See Tiger, you would've been in profit by now. |
|
By:
Every day is a day of favorites.
|
|
By:
Oasis Irlandes - wasn't matched at 12 in running! - it was matched for peanuts at a max of 10 and the biggest price matched to a proper (but still very small amount) was 8.60. I'm pretty sure timeform will back that up later.

Cinzento 16 IR Oasis Irlandes 12IR See Tiger, you would've been in profit by now. Just to confirm the actual maximum prices matched in running (even then, only to about a £10-£15 stake!): 16:30: Cinzento was 9.00 according to Betfair/Timeform 17:00: Oasis Irlandes was 8.80 according to Betfair/Timeform So you would NOT have been matched on either of these in-running using the method/price that you suggested. I don't mind you talking bollix in broad terms (we've all come to expect that) - but please keep the numbers honest! |

Gazey, where's the video recordings of you catching all this wonderful value? That is the only way to finger blast non-believers(+ gain a ton of disciples..)

@TM I'm currently doing 10 because they kept hitting 11-14.5 when I asked for 15.0. |

Indeed, but as you have pointed out yourself (many times), now that you are doing them at 10, they will start hitting 8 or 9. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have just set Gruss to back every horse for £10 at it's highest in running price with the aid of my Chrystal ball. That's the only way this system works.

aitch - click on "highest price", from the drop down options, select "yes" - but don't forget to also tick the box labelled "front of queue"!

12:40 at Lingfield another bummer of a result for the Gazey cistern - The Fav wins but only goes out to 9.80 (for about £1.00) in-running!
