I backed One Journey for £80 and the message error bet not placed appears. I repeat and get the same message. Both bets are now deemed losers and Betfair are not interested. I am and will take further action as they have stated they have not been placed. My account statement and account balance are way out even allowing for this and I cant find the discrepancy. Horrible company these days and have no duty of care to their customers.

I've been told my "bets" that never were are being reviewed...by Downing Street. I suspect they'll report there was no system problem and had there been it would have been resolved following all of the relevant guidelines.
Anyway, I'm not betting until I get my refund...saved a fortune so far!  |

is there any chance that what's happened is you've had bets matched which you placed as/just after it went down which did get settled but were not on your betting account, so in effect bf can see them and they've settled but that information is missing from your history? the reason i ask is yday was weird, prices were still available and were moving, normally it just freezes, i tried to place a bet and nothing appeared to happen but it may actually have been dropping in and the site wasn't letting that appear on your history

My complaint has been referred to traders yesterday afternoon. Further online conversation this morning where again it is in the hands of the traders!There is a written admission that due to a technical issue my bet was placed twice. Really very unhappy with this and they seem reluctant for me to follow a complaints procedure but equally reluctant to deal with the issue. £160 out of pocket and my account balance is also wrong.

what time was your bet matched dave was it on the 12.00 lingfield race both my lays were matched at 12.07 for the 12.10. gruss only showed the liability for the first one at the time of the crash, hence I thought only one was matched ansd settled. |

Placing multiple bets due to the Exchange interface being non responsive is my issue too.
