go to my betfair account then exchange betting history then voided closed markets it will tell the exact time you placed your bet

I got paid, then they took part of it back, then they took money for a losing jump get that I didn't even place. ffs this is bordering on the ridiculous.

I had a losing bet on the 12.10 but the stake was taken 5 times. Clicking 'My Bets' showed no bets so I must have retried 4 times. I can accept one losing bet but not 5. I'm guessing layers have been paid out for all 5 bets. Any chance I'll get a refund ?

same ; if you go to "My Account" then "My Betfair Account" you should have a figure sitting in exposure that is your missing funds
