his normal spiel is this one looks great in the paddock and with a line through another one is overpriced at 20s the horse runs like a 100s shot next race same again |

Being a paddock judge is something of a mystical art as there are no qualifications required other than an ability to stand around a paddock looking at horses.
If he has been winging it for 30 years or more who exactly is going to call him out? |
