Interesting story breaking ( Tatum report)   confirming a break in at Philadelphia warehouse storing the Dominion voting apparatus where a set of "digital keys" used to access the machine were stolen along with a laptop and nothing else one month before the election

A lot of nonsense posted on this thread, possibly with trades in mind.

Andrew/Dave i think you're going to be very surprised when this plays out.

Trump is spending millions of dollars for a reason. He knows he wins if he gets these (alleged) illegal ballots thrown out or declared unconstitutional ONCE it gets to the Supreme Court and out of the controlled state courts where he will likely lose.

He is projecting confidence and I don't believe he would do this without some inkling. He is not being a sore loser. He is for real contesting this and believes he has a good case. Perhaps you're right and he is delusional and would go through all this for pure theatre or whatever but I don't believe that is the case.

I'm not a layer though i'm rooting for a Trump victory as I think the meltdown would be immense!

Any supreme court case starts in a district court and there have been zero cases claiming fraud filed in these courts. In addition SCOTUS won't hear the kind of idiotic cases being filed by trump.

lol dave...

I don't think that is fair.

He has assembled a crack legal team to challenge the result and specifically the issue of fraudulent postal votes. If they're successful in proving them to be invalid then he has a path to victory once again.

Yes, it's a lognshot but you never know. As I say Team Trump seem eerily confident to me.

dave,

You need to do some research before posting.

I just read this article from (respected) investigative journalist John Solomon.

Check it out:

A dozen compelling allegations of voting irregularities in 2020 election

They have filed zero claims alleging fraud

FACT

the reason they have filed zero claims alleging fraud is that the lawyers filing such claims would face sanctions from the court because they have no proof of electoral fraud.

Without going too far back in posts,Dave 1357 has 99.9% of bases covered and is 100% spot on in terms of Trump overturning the result,as for the market make your own mind up as to whether Barry Orr deliberately lied or just had a rush of blood to his tiny brain when stating categorically the market would be settled according to electoral vote projections?

Quite simply close the market, settle the obviously winning bets on Biden and move on? Anything else other than those backing Biden to win pennies is simply an advert done on the cheap for BF and imaginary amounts it their account i.e the total shown is probably around 15 times the actual money still in the market, probably more like 30 times?

dave you asked for the evidence I've given you a dozen examples and you just dismiss it and throw your toys out of the pram.

The reason this is is taking time is because they have to prepare the case and go through the system. The goal of course is to take it up to the Supreme Court where they think they will get a fairer hearing as it is mostly Republican.

@SontaremStratagem -- not corrupt Democratic judges -- the below is from the judgment of Republican Judge Brann telling the Trumpton plaintiffs they've got no arguments and no evidence.

In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and everywhere in between.

In other words, Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters.

This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened.

Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence.

In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state.

Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.

At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.

Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.

Jenna Ellis interview from last night:

- their lawsuit in Pennsylvania is on its way to the Supreme Court.

- Based on the 14th Amendment

- Re: Sidney Powell - a discussion was had on the best strategy for their client and it was decided for her and RG to focus on election integrity and SP to focus separately on Dominion which is much longer strategy.

- They are very much focused on election fraud ie Republican voters being told they cannot vote in person because of a Mail in ballot creates an unacceptable 2 tiered system of justice, ballots being counted in secret, naked ballots arriving without any security envelope etc etc

- thousands of pages of evidence in sworn affidavits across 6 states.

- A very narrow window before December 14th to get that strategy through.

- They only have 3 lawsuits....they will have more in the next few days

- Other lawsuits are from people not connected to the campaign.

- Their evidence has not been in court as yet.

- Pennsylvania 3rd Circuit judge gave his verdict on the merits of evidence without actually seeing any of it.

- One particular county in Michigan has a 71% difference across their precincts between their ballot totals and their voter roll totals (I believe this is the 171k dump for Biden she’s referring too where there was no record of who the people were).

- When you’re just focused on politics then it’s perceived as pro trump bias but this is about election integrity.

*I’m inclined to believe Jenna as she rates highly on the milf scale...
