for such a crappy feed I thought it would probably be inconsitent.
seems 1.5 secs is the norm..................apart from the first race on another tack, when you got the raw feeds in the past greeny, were they stuttery/unreliable? |

raw feeds rarely stutter unless network/connection problems..and my blv is normally ok.

Wesdag I am as infuriated with the pics as you .It has been 3 months since betfair acknowledged the problems and supposedly prioritised the issue,since then the problem has got even worse.

When I first started IR around 15 years ago was betting on place market around 1 out six years back had to go back to two out now you have to 3 out and most of the prices have gone already especially at courses such as Lingfield Kempton Newmarket becoming almost impossible people on the courses must have a massive advantage to the feeds we are getting as the prices are gone so far out to the racing they can’t be that good that they can call all the races so far out to what I’m seeing this problem is getting worse by the week but ATR RTV and BLV do nothing to help the situation we were promised faster pictures by RTV but obviously the are not permitted to give us these feeds maybe the courses themselves are objecting to this due to the loss in revenue it would cause them for renting out there boxes this to me seems the only logical explanation to the problem we are all experiencing at home

Betfair Customer Services Network IconBetfair Customer Services29 Oct 20 ATR are currently aware of inconsistencies in latency for their service between desktop and mobile devices. ATR are also aware of an ongoing issue for customers experiencing intermittent stuttering on some ATR streams. A resolution for this issue has been prioritised and ATR are working to implement a fix as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in this matter and will continue to feedback progress if and when it is received from the provider. Please note that, in the short term, ATR streams will not achieve the same latency of the streams offered by RTV. Good job it is being prioritised and we ali appreciate the feedback |

You'd think that with Govt being so concerned with us vulnerables losing all our money they would be able to cast an eye to these feeds and put pressure on to get a level playing field.
