I don't think it's true to say 'all rtv tracks play the same'. And the Irish tracks are very hit and miss... and those streams all go through rtv

Take this Sunday. I'd be very surprised if Cork doesn't play a lot easier than Galway. The fact that Cork plays easier than most other Irish tracks, blows away the fast pics idea because there is no difference from a blv perspective

its not always about making money, it would be better for whole industry if it would be level field, it would attract more people to trading, all droners and facetimers don't deserve ability to trade at all, it's way more fun when it's skill involved and not drones for advantage, but I realise that there always were people who were willing to do anything for slight advantage

in the feb / march trials we were about 0.5 to 0.7 secs behind 'live'...

that is the best we will get sat at home doing the right thing (not being a dreg of humanity and using facetime feeds / drone feeds etc)...

we all know there will NEVER be a complete level playing field thanx to track dregs of humanity types...

so i am not deluded...

i'm only asking for what is available and what has been achieved just a few months ago...

in general things tend not to be fair without ragulation thats why we have moved on from the dark ages and have it, some how it still doesnt exist in racing, even our representative the bootman isnt getting his questions answered, bookmakers are probably worried about losing business if racing ever came to its senses and started putting the customers first, until that time it will continue to go the same way as the dogs

i read lots of stories about people who have given ir a try for 1 day and have had a bad experience of getting hoovered on a faller, if you cannot win then you shouldnt lose is the oldest maxim in betting but for some reason its swept under the carpet in racing

if faster pictures were available and advertised at a premium price that would be a start but not really the ideal solution as general participation and liquidity wouldnt be helped as newbies probably wouldnt pay for it, the watch and bet concept was a great initiative and racing should have at least given it a try and see what happened,

the fact rtv are not giving answers to perfectly reasonable questions put forwards makes me very suspicious they have a lot to hide, it feels like we've all been sold down the river

I had hoped to provide an update this week, given 8 weeks is more than enough time to get things sorted, sadly all I have received from both RTV and Betfair is silence. I'll try again next week when I have a bit more time available.

It's very frustrating as things continue to be very difficult playing off BLV pictures, I've passed on all of the feedback/frustration from the above thread onto Betfair so it's perhaps more disappointing that they choose to be quiet on the whole issue. The one thing I have established over the past few weeks is that Betfair only get one stream from RTV, the same one we get.

Its a crazy world where pre off bets get scrutinized for suspicious activity, but IR bets get carte blanche acceptance.

Lastnight at least 4 winners went 1.10 or lower when in or around 4th place on ATR tracks.
