That's good Mike, I have been married twice and don't think I would like living on my own, love my wife of 38 years and our cats.

Drifting to 1.21 now, maybe someone knows something we don't?

Go fir a brisk walk every morning , people will get severe depression
And start staying up until silly o clock
Keep your routine bed times or you start feeling

Sleep pattern changes and the body does not

You don’t have to tell me shiiit about war times son
My grandad got 5 medals  , he was 17 and one of his commerads
Where shot deep into enemy lines , he ran 300 yards , stuck him on his shoulder
And ran ! He was shot twice but the adrenaline
Kept him going !   Both him and the other man survived
But to what cost , he was either in a wheel chair or walking stick
17 ffs , a kid ,  he hated talking about it  , but every so often at new year when
The grand kids were around he wd roll up
His trouser leg and show off his home in his leg , the bullet
Had went straight throw and cottarised the wound !
Typical half wit Glasgow missing the crux
Of my post ,  the food shortages the anxiety suffered
And wandering about the future ,  were only small sacrifices to those
On the battle field !

Trying to be smart !  I can take a joke but that’s a rather sick
Post ,  because of these brave soles we live today as free
People remember that next time yiur making fun of these
Who lay too rest on the battle Field !
My grandad was one of the lucky ones ,
But his life was gone as it was before !

Yes I agree how many sat at home praying fir a safe return
By candle light ,  everyone done their bit , my mum
Worked in the ship yards  , all the woman done Thier
Bit during the war let’s not forget battles are not just won
On the battle field  !   It’s about banding together
And staying strong , my mum passed away at 84
And still stored cans in wardrobes in strange hiding places
I guess the war installed their natural survival
Instinct ,  funny how the habit never left her
Like a squirrel storing it’s nuts !  I Rem my gran had a porridge
Drawer , you English it’s basically what it says it was set on a large stone base
To be used as a natural cooling , they had rice paper in the drawer and poured the contents
Into the drawers with plenty salt , it was cut up into
Porridge cakes ,  yes sir we cd never come close to contemplating
The hard ships ,  and loss in these times !
Because of the fact we have a weak leader
The country is in such a mess , instead of
The lock down 5 weeks ago he was still allowing
Flights from the worst affected areas China and Italy
Wander what the rest of the world must have been thinking
While they were all in lock down , we were still. Socialising
Strolling about like nothing was wrong
A complete prat  of a man !  Gutless puppet
,  too little too late !  It’s not rocket science
Stay in ones that affected will be showing signs
At home and can get treated with out the spread
Which was Mosley done before showing signs
Of  symptoms , I was astounded to see a postman
Going in to flats no gloves on , are these people really that
Stupid , how many people have touched door handles
Just a bit common sense can save life’s
A guy in his late 60 a has fallen in an old watering hole
I used to drink in a great character and extremely well liked
RIP jimmy Sad

Willie, over £7,500 to back at 1.2, assume you're not betting on much at the moment, don't you have to bet on so many markets in a week to pay pc. £1,500 profit before pc if you took the lot, 40% would still leave you £900, not tempted?

If u think your frustrated I had £500
On a dog on sat and won but the cheating
Bar stewards gave it a dead heat so instead of 9-4 I git around
4-7.   Only has 2 dogs bets in the last week other win
11-4 and bet 36 have payed me 11-10 when it returned 11-4
Can’t contact them it’s £165 short , on top and still due
Money from both them and paddy  £2150
Plus the £165. Wrongly settled bet !
Never rains but it pours , a hsd one bet since Sunday a double
Horse won 2-1. And the footy team I doubled it with waa calked off
So got single but returns were short a rule 4 20 p in the pound
Sometime even when your winning your still loosing out !

Mart, don't be offended like I was when you took the p1ss out of my sister dying of cancer and persistently called my wife a dog, even though you have never seen a picture of her.

But I am sure you will be able to concoct a garbled in your mind clever sarcastic comment.
