Have you bugged my office with a hidden camera, dusty? I imagined you throwing up a couple of times while on hold ![]() |

Just spent the last 10 minutes on phone bank double checking mine as well since
went onto tenner black Friday deal November, happy to report they've only been taking £10 ![]() |
By:
Now just need to stump up and get a satellite dish installed so can watch it

You done well there James. Think I would have gone for £60 less rather than the jacket...which might not arrive. |
By:
just cross your fingers and hope its not wrapped around melish when it comes
By:
Had tenner a month deal for 10 months from last year, forgot to cancel so last payment was £25, have e mailed them asking what can they do.
By:
£15 a month for 6 months from April, that will do.
By:
word of warning ,make sure you havnt signed up to a years contract and final 6 months will be 24.98
By:
Def 6 months mate, thank you.
By:
keep sending me emails for £15 per month now despite the fact ive told them to shove it unless they pffer me the same deal they were happy to offer new customers.
Infact not even sure i want to pay £10 per month now, dont really miss it at all, i can easily pop in a bookies to watch a race on watch a replay i want to see on twitter etc |
By:
In the early nineties I paid £20 a week for no live races just replays so good value compared with that. 1st time , the email says you save over £119 over 12 months. But I will keep the email !
By:
people had money then howard , everyones skint now so i think racing uk will have to move with the times
By:
True. And of course back then you knew you were watching stuff nearly all others wouldn't pay for even if they had the money.

£50 a year for everything. Sky, all sports, All racing channels, including lads, corils, PP etc, saw the fury fight for nowt... Granted its around 1min behind live, but who cares. How do you get that lot for £50 a year koikeeper please? |
By:
Dodgy box, stewarts.
By:
Dodgy meaning not legal?
By:
Kodi boxes are legal. Users are able to buy a box, and watch free content. But it becomes illegal when a box is used to stream subscription channels for free.
By:
I see, thanks sparrow.

Amazing how koi pays the cheapest price for his racing, albeit a minute behind, but also backs his selections at the biggest price hours before!

I don't like contracts, my other half is still on a month-to-month after 10 years.
I phoned them to ask about 6 months at £15 but they were adamant it had to be 12 months and I would need to sign-up by midnight tomorrow. Then I see 12 months for £12.50 with the discount code RTV12M50, to be done by the 10th March - but you don't get the opportunity to look like a bellend in a free gilet. |
By:
where you see that davros ?
By:
after last weeks call I emailed them yesterday to say they were advertising for £15 a month for 12 months to new and lapsed customers, and on 23rd of march I,d be a lapsed customer but was prepared to pay 15 quid, they emailed back saying we notice your leaving on 23rd,we may email you any future offers in the future,or thanks but no thanks

That code worked for half price.
By:
thanks davros. funny business having 2 offers overlapping one cheaper than the other for same length.
By:
means i've paid £25 for the gilet if it arrives
but I am happy enough at £15. |

anyone heard of racing tv doing an offer for black friday this year.
they have been pushing a months free trial before a 12 month contract for £25 a month lately, if they have no offers they must be well off? |
By:
Got a call from a CS during the week offering half price for a a year but declined on basis that BF deal this week should be better.
I'll gamble on that one... |
By:
Who are CS and BF?
By:
CS = Customer Services (@RacingTV)
BF = Black Friday |
By:
3winners - when did u last have Racing TV?
By:
Received offer in post today for bf.

I got a letter yesterday offering £10 per month for one one year. Offer is available from 8.00am to midnight on Friday November 27th only. I was a member until April last year, as previous poster said, I have got used to not having it and wont bother.

Its worth a tenner but not 25 (imo).
They should just make it a tenner and be done with it. I guess they would get many more subscribers so a no brainer really. |
