By:
If you havnt already cancelled I doubt they will offer you owt.
You needed to have rang them a month before black friday to get black friday deals, thats generally how it works now. |

I got a letter from Racing TV a few days ago telling me I was entitled to their Black Friday offer £10.00 a month for 12 months on a 12 month contract. The offer is available between 8.00am to midnight on Friday 29th November either visit racingtv.com/blackfriday or call 08451119900 and quote 'Black Friday'.
I cancelled my last subscription at the end of March this year, when last years £10.00 a month offer ran out. I am not an in running punter and have got used to doing without it, all the big races are on terrestrial TV anyway, so I wont bother this time round. |
By:
confirmed, £10 for 12 months, the reverts to £25, no mention in the paper that on racing tv site for new and reinstating customers only.
for today only, not available on virgin media. mine runs out in march, will be trying to get on later today. ring 08451116655. |

Took up the offer on line BUT no picture as yet .........
By:
wouldnt let me have it
i cancelled 19 days ago as i cant afford to pay more than the rolling £10 per month i was on apparently that needed to be 30 days before being eligible again was today offered £15 for 6 and £25 for 6 , followed by £10 for 4 and £25 for 8 , until eventually i just put the phone down been a subscriber for years and willingly paid full price for a long time now they will lose a long term customer over nonsense like this they will be in trouble before too long with business sense like this oh and be careful ringing the 0845 number , you will get charged a lot for this as you are likely to be on there for a long time, and this alone will wipe away some of your savings sad state of affairs really |
By:
The offer's listed here https://www.racingtv.com/racingtvoffers/blackfriday for existing customers also. I filled in the form online and chose £10pmn looking at my account it's now got me on two subscriptions at £24.98 due to come out of my account :( bloody useless.
By:
anyone know the racing tv e mail address , for accounts
By:
The only way I'll subscribe to it again, is if it's free. Can't stand most of the presenters and pundits.
By:
rang them (long wait) and told me £10pm not for existing customers but offered me £10pm for 4 mths or £15pm for 6 mths and no contract
By:
when youve got it you dare not miss a race, when you give it up as i did when they put prices up then you have more time you can get betfair video virtually free and main race meetings on tv, even at 10 month i wont get hooked again
By:
er offer! Join Racing TV today for just £10 / €12 per month* for the next 12 months - a huge saving for the year of £179 or €228.
This offer is only available today and must end at midnight, so don't miss out! |

RTV dont even have a human doing the voice over telling you 'your call is important to us' it's a robot.
Talk about race to the bottom Yet they have a whole line of bread dipping nobodies on the payroll in and out of the studio. |

thought it was this thread but obviously no because I havnt posted, but around this time I posted I,d been offered to carry on with my £15 offer, till something better was offered and could cancel at anytime, someone said they were going to follow me in.
just been checking my bank statements and found out ive been paying 24 95,since oct, and when the wife phoned to complain, they said we hadn't been given that offer and there,s no record of us making a call in nov, anyway I decided to cancel, still get chelt because it finishes on 23rd,but they offered me a 12 month deal 6 at 15,6 at full price ,but as ive already paid 3 at full price its like 9 months at full price to me,so I declined and I,ll wait to see if any offer,s come along, was just wondering if anyone can remember getting a continuation of a £15 deal around black Friday time, and it wasn't honoured |
By:
They done the same to me. Was on a £10 deal for 4 month no contract, checked my bank
theyd been taking £24.95. Phoned up, they apologised and refunded the difference. You wonder how many don't bother checking.. |
By:
they denied making the offer
said their records show no inquiry on my account nowhere to turn, not fussed made my mind up for me,just don't like been called a liar |
By:
Do you have contact details other than the 0844 number which i refuse to pay
By:
I use the 08 number
