I was offered £340 but refused payment and rang customer service, who then looked into it ,phoned shop and had my returns revised to £355 A 15% DEDUCTION has withdrawn horse never went below 9/2 during period when bet was placed.

from betfred rules For clarity, should there be a withdrawn horse the following will apply. Any bets accepted where an ‘early price’ has been selected, the total deduction will apply to the original market price of the withdrawn selection at the time of bet acceptance, which may differ from the actual price of the withdrawn selection at the time of withdrawal.

does this help ash, A special double/treble/accumulator may be offered on certain occasions. In the event of any non runners which will incur a Deduction (based on Tattersall Rule 4(c)), the Tattersall Rule 4(c) deduction will be applied and may affect the special price. Should the revised special price be less than multiplied ‘Starting Price’ odds, the bet will revert to settlement by the SP odds. Should a special double/treble/accumulator include a non-runner then the remaining selections of the bet will be settled at ‘Starting Price’.
