anyone know the rule 4 for earthlight 3/1 boost at freds
By:
i would guess 25p.
By:
i had £100 win on his pushes 3/1 returns £340, so 20p
By:
Well done brother Lampus.
By:
Sadly,Rule 4 for 3/1 is 25p.
By:
perhaps siskin was 10/3 when withdrawn
By:
Could be,Elisjohn.Fred shop told me last night 25p. Only 16% on here I think !
By:
it was 19% on here
By:
Don`t get ripped off by Fred, his rules are up in shop and clearly state that if you take an early price and
there is a withdrawal, deductions are made according to price of withdrawn horse at time of placing bet. I was offered £340 but refused payment and rang customer service, who then looked into it ,phoned shop and had my returns revised to £355 A 15% DEDUCTION has withdrawn horse never went below 9/2 during period when bet was placed. |
By:
Thanks for that,Frank. Was offered the same, but will check it out.
By:
yes thanks
By:
from betfred rules
For clarity, should there be a withdrawn horse the following will apply. Any bets accepted where an ‘early price’ has been selected, the total deduction will apply to the original market price of the withdrawn selection at the time of bet acceptance, which may differ from the actual price of the withdrawn selection at the time of withdrawal. |

Thanks for confirming Elisjohn

By:
frank, had some success with freds enhanced doubles, what happens if there is a non/runner or non/runners in the 2 races as regards rule 4?
By:
good question ash, if one of your selection is a nr then as you know itll just be a single on the other at sp, but as far as rule 4 there is nothing in the rules about this occurence that i can find
By:
does this help ash,
A special double/treble/accumulator may be offered on certain occasions. In the event of any non runners which will incur a Deduction (based on Tattersall Rule 4(c)), the Tattersall Rule 4(c) deduction will be applied and may affect the special price. Should the revised special price be less than multiplied ‘Starting Price’ odds, the bet will revert to settlement by the SP odds. Should a special double/treble/accumulator include a non-runner then the remaining selections of the bet will be settled at ‘Starting Price’. |
By:
yes, thanks.
By:
still not sure what happens if you take a special 4/1 double, and eg a nr happens in the 1st race, and no revised special price
By:
ok ash trying to get my head around this, if you take a 4/1 special double, it wins but there is a rule 4 of eg 20p . , but the sp of both horses multiplied is eg 9/2, you get paid at the 9/2

By:
phoned customers service and agreed should be 15p if bet was put on around 9.30 till mid morning, siskin then was 5/1 and 9/2,
By:
Same here,Elisjohn.
By:
what i want to know, how come that all bets were settled at 20p and 25p, thats plain cheating,
By:
with a bit luck Fred will resettle the bets in the system
