I tweeted Ratpack yesterday on the issue of the delayed Irish pictures as he was always very helpful in the past whenever there was an issue with RUK...no reply as of yet!!

Last two races at Naas have stuttered and paused before I even opened the goddamn stream. 2.50 was 6 seconds behind when I opened the stream, the 3.20 about 8 seconds. Absolutely shocking service.

The stupid thing is each stream is a separate entity. It's not RTV that's the main issue. For example yesterday, if you were able to open a Cheltenham stream and keep it open, there probably wouldn't have been any issues with the Irish races. But because you have to open each race separately it becomes an issue. Pity that you have to open streams individually especially when I guess most people pay way over the minimum required over the day.

Yep. I'd say it was inconsistent but I have to try and open every race on more than one occasion. Previous two races worked second time out, that race took 4 or 5 attempts.

even when it does work smoothly its still 3 seconds or so slower than it should be
youd think with all these issues it's getting sorted, meant to be by end iof the month, well the clock is ticking if that's to be the case |

yep duffy, according to the bootman off the hbf owho deals with rtv etc that's what he was told and has another meeting with them shortly iirc |

He often looks in here between coms I bet. I recall he went quiet during the period RUK did the miraculous and made a HD signal faster than a SD one (which they didnt ofc) and never got involved after that. He went the same way as that dude waiting outside matthew imi's office |
