what are you comparing blv with willie ?
it's not as accurate a measure as you may have, but ATR on sky is 8 seconds behind the talking clock, where it use to be about 6ish a week or so ago for years ( i put a thread up ) . RUK is still about 1.5 behind the talking clock . |

Blv is now approx 0.5 infront of dish feeds with biss codes but only thing to go on is all 3 have been on 12.5 west over last 2 days

Will be very interesting to see what happens next.
Too many people have seen it being speeded up for it to be ignored. My own view is that ATR/SIS will claim ignorance to such an issue. Perhaps agency workers filling in for regular workers mistakenly did things 'too well'?  It comes to something when the RUK tracks are the slow ones (not withstanding the present and soon to change scenario of Irish Tracks). |
