I'd a similar gripe with sportsbook eg industry price on winner was 10/11 (Ireland) but entity said settled as 4/5; online chat with manager confirmed I was correct, and industry price over-rides others.
May I suggest one takes it further - the traders had erred here; they must follow and adopt industry sp, not their own otherwise there will be incessant disagreements with chaos a certainty. |

how many others have been mugged off by this ? everyone in Britain who had a bet at SP with WH at Meydan ? You're talking a lot of money, this lads claim could be the tip of an iceberg. Needs investigating, but unfortunately there is nobody looking into these things. SP regulatory committee ... not bothered.

If billies truly settles races from Meydan using their own prices (not telling its customers prior) and not industry prices similar to other bookies despite customers have not asked for a price prior maybe a protest outside their shops telling/warning would-be customers about their sharp practice. Soon, billies will tow the line and accept the industry prices as a rule. Imagine, as a driver, one gets a penalty ticket for speeding if no speed limit sign is attached at the beginning of a road that is anything but 30mph eg 10mph; the penalty will be rescinded 10x out of 10.

if the SP regulatory commission aren't bothered about a whole meeting being settled at the incorrect SP's (and potentially many other meetings) .... exactly wtf are they bothered about ??

Don’t effing bother with live chat is best advice I can give and good luck. Let us all know Correct. Live chats and emails to ' help desk ' are a complete waste of time. I have had two issues in the past with WH, about not being paid correct monies. In both cases I emailed the CEO, requesting investigation and resolution. In both case I received an answer, an apology and bets settled correctly. |

So they just make up their own 'special' sh1tter than Industry prices for Meydan, even though industry prices are available. Un fkng believable ... |
