Was in London yesterday signing papers on a 4 bedroom house for me and my family to move to, some clown I must be to need that without a mortgage. domino14 09 May 18 17:04 I've just agreed the purchase of a house in Poole's Lane in Chelsea and will be completed within 3 weeks, Cost £1,480,000. Had to pay holding fee of £80,000 on Monday. No mortgage needed. Get real, this is only horse racing, and not an application for a mortgage or interview for a highly respectable job eg the head of a judiciary, doctor or headteacher; politicians eg the London Mayor, Ministers, heads of companies sometimes have been caught out for be economical with their declarations eg qualifications, former stewardship, etc.
