has anybody noticed that most race replays in the form section dont load up?

I haven't had a problem. Maybe just fortunate, I'm not sure.

Have you a particular race/horse that's leading you to have these problems?

Never had a problem using Chrome or Firefox.

no guys i use chrome and its basically happening every other race nearly..any meeting...the stalls open and bang it stops and i cant get it to load up no matter what i do it stops at exactly same point..very annoying .

I've been through the 1.30 lingfield race and all the replays play fine.

Using Chrome also.

Have you tried this:

Go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and ensure the animation works. You may have to refresh the page.

Assuming it does, right click the animation and select Settings, then remove the tick for "Enable Hardware Acceleration".

Restart the browser then re-test the videos.

thanks statsman il try that...im useless at tecky stuff so il follow your words carefully lol  after iv ticked the box do i reboot my laptop? and will i have to keep doin that?

i tried it but when i clicked animation it took me to a south park sort of page with cartoon and i right clicked on it but no option to select settings? so i dunno what to try lol

Perhaps you could try it on Firefox, IE or Edge browsers.

Ok, try:

Open betfair video:
Click on the 3 dots in a vertical column (right of the address bar)
Click "Settings" (3rd from bottom)
Scroll down to "Advanced"
Scroll down to "System"
Untick/disable "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Restart the browser then re-test the videos.

If this doesn't work, you may wish to go back and reverse this action
