they probably won't change it but by allowing it to stand the British racing authority continue to promote a win at all costs culture. A ban or fine will mean nothing to Murphy compared to the value of winning a prestigious race like the Eclipse.
Another example in this race following Al Kazeem a few years back when Hanagan was fortunate not to be put through the rail, costing him second place (at least imo) |
