Of course as soon as he gets a winner some clever clogs will smugly ask where his detractors are now.

And the media will over emphasise the ride even if it is nothing special.

Absolute shocking performance from Moore. He went from 8/11 to 10/3 for Top Jockey here. Could he surprise tomorrow with just one fancied ride ie Hydrangea? Or will Dettori stretch clear for this accolade with 3 days to spare?

If she reproduces her best form Hydrangea should be a penalty kick in a poor race. That said she isn't my kind of price and the same comments applied on seasonal debut which is why she is 7/4.

The really interesting ride for me is Order Of St George. He has cocked up three times on this horse, including twice at Ascot. He is going in with a potential stamina advantage over his two market rivals. Let's see how he exploits it.

I do not fancy OoSG this renewal. The quick ground is far from ideal too, and Moore another negative, in my book. Also, the young pretender Stradivarius could be the force to be reckoned with this season plus the French runner Vazirabad.

Some jockey bias here methinks....

Rhodo - Bit keen but ran flat. Btn 5l in 9th.
Sergei - Held up, finished third on far side to the equally held up second horse. No chance with winner.
Different etc - no chance and ridden accordingly.
US Navy Flag - Ridden as pacemaker - no chance.
Chelker - Rode one of several Mullins horses, not run for ages and beaten by two of Mullins others. Nuff said.
Yucantan - No confidence and never going.

Anyone want a row over any one of these. Dont bother with Sergei, you've already lost the argument.

I should pop round to Ryan's tonight and try and cheer him up.

Pointless rowing with apologists. They do one of two things, sometimes both. Blame the horse for everything and if they are really desperate throw in pocket talking.

Differentdrum.  What does your post mean, you seem to be trying to sit on several fences at the same time.

Coolmore/AOB must read these posts thinking ...... we've messed up completly hiring RM, the worst jockey in the world. Let's replace him, then maybe we can win a few Group races around the world !

Unbelievable

With Sir Michael b0ll0king ensured and aplenty if injudicious rides are as regular as present for AOB, I firmly believe.

I don't think you can blame Ryan for that one.

Really? It looked like a repeat of the Queen Anne to me with those at the front falling away which would suggest he has got the pace wrong again.

Kew Gardens was set up for him and won like a 1/2 shot. Nelson took the tactics away and split the field such that he was always going to get a clear run.

Totally agree differentdrum. He misjudged the pace once again. Other than Kew Hardens which was served up to him on a silver platter he’s been piss poor....

He's gone! Left the clock behind, and once again his mount ran out of puff after taking it up 2f out. Just unbelievable from a so called 1st jockey...misjudged the pace and took it up way, way too soon.

What an absolute shocker on that filly there. Not once has pace held up this week on straight course and he guns her at 5f speed

If he screws up on OoSG tomorrow curtains perhaps with Coolmore.

Aiden O`Brian has had 20 runners so far in ten races with four different jockeys and only one winner. It`s all Ryan Moore`s fault. I don`t think so.

He’s won a stitch up race and ride appallingly in the rest....what do you expect? You think he’s rode well?

What is stitch up race. There were 12 runners, did they all say "after you Ryan"?
By:

When: 20 Jun 18 18:53
What other jockeys? The Ballydoyle ones? Well they set the race up for him on Kew Gardens. And as for the other races what’s he done?
By:
granitjack
When: 20 Jun 18 18:54
What is a stitch up race? Come on. Get into the real world. So Ballydoyle don’t race pacemakers for one another. You need to wake up.

No I just despair when jockeys are constantly criticised on here. I back horses not jockeys.
