Out of interest do you use the in running rooms on course ? if so PM your name, I'll happily speak to two of good friends from over 20 years, one of them used to be very successful in play and was in those boxes for 4/5 years , it'll be interesting to find out if you really are as successful as you acclaim or if in fact as I suspect, you're some geeky BO ridden geezer sat in a box room somewhere craving attention for the sad excuse of a man he really is. No tradesman likes the owner of a property hovering over or around them! The puts you top of your own list! (I’d of pulled the ladder up and told you to wait, climb the scaffold and inspect and pull my work when I’m done!) |

If you’re there pointing a verge up and the homeowner starts pointing up the chimney, I’d be very thankful! It’s short odds he only pointed the side that he could reach off the scaffold. I can’t see him straddling the chimney to do all four sides. Flaunching doubtful too!

A "henwalk" (or cat ladder) is a specialized roof ladder designed with a top hook and bearer bars to safely provide access to pitched roofs (25-65 degrees).
