4.30 Tikkapick Nap: did it nice an easy lemon squeezy last time, should do the same. 6/4 short enough would not take any shorter but obvious claims.

Jeez that was poor!
Lets hope The Next couple of selections are a bit better. 7.00 Intrepidly NB: good claims in a very open race. 6.00 Swiss Cross E/W: again has claims in an open affair. |

Well a bit of struggle to find anything decent to try and boost the Cheltenham bankroll.
Must admit normally buzzing with anticipation for Cheltenham, but i seem to be coming slow to hand this year. have been doing plenty of homework on it and im sure the excitement will kick in soon. Football not my strongest point but do think the toffees are worth a flyer and a few quid at 11/2 today. I know v the Reds they hardly ever win in recent times but do think they might have a real go today and at current prices is a bit of value. In Racing 2.10 Tombstone really ought to win with the minimum of fuss and is the Nap of the day. plus in the 3.10 Ming Dynasty could well make light of the rise in weight and go close and is the NB |
|
By:
Another Nap Does the Biz
![]() Nb not so good. Roll on The Mersey Side Derby! |
|
By:
The Toffee Men got a valiant draw.
1.6 Liverpool before the off was way to short for me. at least we dented their title race he he he ![]() |
|
By:
5 from 6 favs won last night with only the last jolly getting chinned and hitting 1.01
The 7.00 at wolves should also go to the jolly with a clear run. Decoration of War: Nap 6.00 Sure Welcome: NB |
|
By:
Boom!
NB is in Lets hope Luke can do the same with the Nap ![]() |
|
By:
Decoration of War well beaten n never looked like winning.
2.10 Edgar Nap: really bad race n he should follow up with the minimum of fuss. but with this grade of horse you never know but if he puts a good round should collect and i had it shorter then 11/4 in my book hence the pick. |
|
By:
Edgar Awful should of taken the hint from the market.
|
|
By:
6.15 Mulzamm Nap : decent claims should shrug of the Penalty.

Mr. P very quite on here.
On the eve of Cheltenham lets see if i can pick a few winners at Kempton this evening. Looks like could be a good night for the jollies. (famous last words.) 5.30 Bubbelah Nap 6.00 Simba Samba 6.30 Whisper Aloud 7.00 Call Me Grumpy 7.30 Elysees Palace 8.00 Harry Callahan NB 8.30 First Call |

Cheltenham Day 1 Selections.
1.30 Al Dancer 2.10 Hardline 2.50 Coo Star Sivola 3.30 Laurina 4.10 Benie Des Dieux NAP 4.50 A Plus Tard 5.30 Ballyward NB |
|
By:
Brutal first day.
Nap fell and it was dejavu Annie Power final flight all over again. NB fell Looked another bad fall. With Buv dair also tumbling and Apples dropping at the back of the t.v. Thought Laurina would oblige but didn't. Al Dancer very poor plus Hardline all hype clearly has issue's. A Plus Tard my only winner on a tough day and given a peach by a gifted Lady Jockey! Time for a Drink! |
|

Cheltenham Day 2 Selections:
1.30 Battleoverdoyen NB: Big Raw horse that looks very powerful and will go right to the top. 2.10 Delta Work NAP: Looks very professional and grade 1 form and festival form serious Claims. 2.50 Uradel: Been Laid out and if the ground doesn't bother him this horse could well bolt up. 3.30 Politoloque E/W: token choice to hit the frame as odds way to big. Altior Different Gravy and should win. 4.10 Tiger Roll LAY: love this little horse but think his price is way to short, Take JP's and the rest of the field to floor the national winner 4.50 Lethal Steps: Very open race but do expect a big run from this horse. 5.30 Envoi Allen: Progressive and should be difficult to pass at the business end. |
|
By:
Again a Tough Day with Gordon Elliot picks early on not doing the biz.
Thought my 33/1 E/W pick Politoloque was a beauty but that champ Altior is different Gravy. That little Tiger hacked up lucky didn't lay to much n must go well for the Grand National. Envoi Allen saved the day and was smashed up in the market and done the biz. Time for another Drink tonight ![]() |

Cheltenham Day 3 Selections:
1.30 Defi De Seuil NAP: Thought this was one of the best Bets of the Week, All Aboard! 2.10 Sire Du Berlais: Should be there abouts after eye catching run last time. 2.50 Un De Sceaux: Continue's to be underestimated and could well put them all to the sword. 3.30 Faugheen: At the odds with a decent record over this trip when completing could be another one hard to peg back. 4.10 Janika: D.Jacob be raving about this horse in previews n lets hope his riding as good as his mouth. 4.50 Epatante NB: Been very impressive so far and could well dot up here providing she settles during early part of the race. 5.30 Measureofmydreams: Could be another last race winner for the emotional Mr. Codd With good vibes coming from the stable. |

Boom!
Best bet of the Week and napped on here All Aboard! IN IT GOES! ![]() Barry G sensational again on Sire Du Berlais best ride ive seen in while! To many D!ck Heads on here who aint got a clue about this Sport of kings. The Amount of Crap i read on here is laughable! The rest of the Day got tougher Daryl Jacob on Janika hmmmmmm give me Barry G any time.....Mr. Jacob just not reliable or a winner in life. Lizzy gave the winner a peach. Backed Faugheen E/W but the new kid on the block and jolly was impressive. Un De Sceaux traveled well but needs it softer. Brione Frost a real refreshment to the sport nice to see those emotions. A Super Day of racing Roll on Gold cup day! Time for a few more Drinks this evening he he he ![]() |

Cheltenham Final Day:
1.30 Sir Eric NAP: Again one of the best bets of the week i know he's short in the market but this horse has Plenty to Spare All Aboard! 2.10 Whiskey Sour: Laid out for this competitive race but Expect it to be bang there at the finish. 2.50 Birchdale: Unexposed horse and the right connections and Barry G on board to give those Green and Gold colors another win. 3.30 Presenting Percy NB: Trained by a genius, a horse that loves this course, the Right Age, D.Russel to Deliver the Magic n Gold Cup to Ireland! 4.10 Stand Up and Fight: Another For J.P. to go well here with a Trainer that often tastes success at this meeting. 4.50 Magic Saint: No Strong views on this race but Looks like this horse on form should be there about. 5.30 Dallas Des Pictons: Gordon Elliot to save the Punters with this jolly depending on earlier results could well go of very short in the market. |

Another Cheltenham done and dusted.
Thought it was an exceptional festival with great stories with highs and lows. Betting wise Defi De Seuil being my biggest winner as i hammered it! Only to give loads back on Sir Eric which was one of the quickest big losses ive had since i lumped on Sariska refusing to jump out of the stalls. Last day was difficult day. Ended up down on the festival. 13.50 Woulduadamneveit Nap 17.40 Don't Do It Nb |

"Mr. P very quite on here."
You are correct Matt. The amount of racing takes a long time to input. Don't think I could cope with all flat & AW racing. Have been busy going back in time over the last 3 years. Seeing which scores are winners at tracks. Scores: 9. 8.5. 8. 7.5. 7. ect ect. "Example" Catterick (a small track) doesn't have high scores so the highest score starts at 8. Data at 8 reads 4-1-2-11 (w-2nd-3rd) in 11 races. Data at 7.5 reads 3-0-0-4 (3 wins in 4 races) Goodwood data at 7.5 reads 3-2-5 (3 wins & 2 places in 5 races) Don't forget Doncaster. Fahey in class 4 hcps!! |

Keep up the good work Mr.P.
2.00 Miss Mumtaz Nap: Wont need to be anything really special to take this. 2.30 Captain Mcgarry NB: plenty of money for it this morning in a weak looking maiden Hurdle |
|
By:
NB (Mcgarry) pulled up didn't see the race but looking at comments was challenging before going wrong and then going really Fatally Wrong.
SP of 11/10 shows it was hammered in the market as i took 9/4 in the morning and was expected to win today. Sounds like another Sir Eric maybe good i didn't watch it n Sport!ngl!fe replay not available must of been bad. Jeez this game is brutal sometimes would of been a nice double. Anyway NAP does the Biz ![]() |

15.25 De Bon Coeur NAP: 4/5 with sky is massive made it a 4/9 shot in my book, All Aboard!
15.40 Yulong gold fairy NB: Obvious claims with ground no issues. |
|
By:
The Nap De Bon Coeur won with the minimum of fuss and had plenty to spare. As odds on shots go that was a gift today even at 1.7 on here was generous for a horse that is different class.
Yulong Gold traveled like the winner but did not find as much as expected, can see why it traded at 1.26 in running. Bolger/Manning having a fine start. |

Start of the National meeting and some decent Racing to kick it off.
5.15 Minella Melody Nap: Been well Backed today and the hint should be taken, + she has been Winning with Such Ease, clearly a Good un! 1.45 La Bague Au Roi & 3.25 Buveur Dair NB: Hard to split the NB as they both have cracking chances and are worth doing in a double. |
|
By:
Good Luck with National Matt,
|
|
By:
Thanks Mr.P
A tough start to the meeting Though. Three picks Three 2nds. Nap well backed but failed to deliver. La Bague ran well but lost her unbeaten record over fences to the Ak47 B.Dair slightly hampered at biz end of the race but not sure it cost him the race. |
