all the little elves that work in the betfair computers got really sick so they had to stop working and it took a few hours for betfair to find some more special elves and get those ones inside their computers

Whatever the cause, the VERY least BF should have done by now was to send an apologetic e-mail to their customers.  They think that posting something on twitter every couple of hours is sufficient. In my opinion it isn’t.  Not everyone uses twitter, but an e-mail, albeit a generic one, still feels more personal and may make customers feel that BF ARE genuinely sorry for the inconvenience..
