Whatever the cause, the VERY least BF should have done by now was to send an apologetic e-mail to their customers. They think that posting something on twitter every couple of hours is sufficient. In my opinion it isn’t. Not everyone uses twitter, but an e-mail, albeit a generic one, still feels more personal and may make customers feel that BF ARE genuinely sorry for the inconvenience..
