WHEN YOU HAVE MATT CHAPMAN AT THE LAST DONCASTER MEETING WALKING AROUND TATTS SAYING "THE FAVOURITE IS 9/2 WHEN 11/2 IS FREELY OFFERED IN THE RING" , ITS HAPPENING EVERY MEETING EVERY DAY,ANYONE GOING TO AINTREE THIS WEEK WILL SEE IT FIRST HAND,THE GRAND NATIONAL WILL PROBABLY BE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THE OFF COURSE BETTING PUBLIC BEING RIPPED OFF,UTTER DISGRACE, NOTHING SAID,NOTHING WILL BE DONE,THESE PEOPLE ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEATH OF THE GAME AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON YET CONTINUE TO RETURN BENT SPS TO THE PUBLIC!

ZSA,EVERY DAY SP RETURNERS ARE RETURNING HORSES WAY BELOW THE PRICES BEING OFFERED BY THE MAJORITY OF ONCOURSE BOOKMAKERS,THERE ARE THE CHOSEN FEW THAT ARE IN THE "SAMPLE" THE SAMPLE BEING THE BOOKMAKERS CHOSEN TO HAVE THEIR PRICES USED FOR THE SP,THIS IS A CLOSELY GUARDED SECRET THAT NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO KNOW,BUT THE REPS FROM THE BIG THREE SEEM TO HAVE AN UNCANNY SKILL OF BEING ABLE TO GUESS WHO THEY ARE

The SP returned is the best price available on 50% of the boards in the sample. The sample on a normal day chooses itself with few bookmakers in attendance but on busier days like Aintree, Cheltenham, Royal Ascot etc...the sample will be selected by the SP Validator employed by PA Sport. SiS, Turf TV and The Racing Partnership (Arena tracks) will use the same books for betting shows. The course reps employed by Ladbrokes, W Hills and Corals are not supposed to be aware of who is and who isn't in the sample. Unsurprisingly, they always are and the SP Executive are well aware of this but chose to do nothing about it.
