40 injured in the last report I saw. Includes a lot of foreign nationals who probably thought London was a safer place to visit. Hindsight is always easy but it does beg the question as to why it is possible to have a pavement wide enough to drive a vehicle along with no crash barriers or other systems to keep vehicles from using them so close to Parliament.
