only 2 races tomorrow worth a bet , thats what makes this so good can take time studying right races and not over running mind with the dross, so better effort in to form.

I've a query or 2 if you don't mind answering when you're about
|
|
By:
1 - once had one of the biggest forum pages on here, looked at few things over time and relized that you must stick to the better races , although class races novices not much better as no value so going to give my class bets for today soon, ever one will be 2 pts bets either 1 point e/w or 2 points win, and will be odds I got or sp which is bigger.
I use four different form guides to get these selections, and the signs are very good so far, been knocking on the door lately for massive profits, but still winning alittle although the potential is huge.remmeber if sp is bigger tahts the return. Q - What is meant by and will be odds I got or sp which is bigger. and remmeber if sp is bigger tahts the return. 2 – sticking to singles on betfair exchanges, and use bookies for cross bets. Q – Are you backing these Win/Place on Betfair but using bookies for the prices? |
|
By:
well I take my prices, at books yes,as bet365 give guarantee odds, I bet them first on there, and usually single them with small cross multies, but decided to single them on betfair too just to see how my account goes with single bets only, I'm in profit on both accounts since started with class races, although the cross bets so far have gave me slightly better profit,
the main thing is sticking to these races where you get decent odds and more form, discapline always been tough but need work hard to achieve it. |
|
By:
well Ludlow of so nothing tomorrow again, but that's where you likely save balance.
|
|
By:
4 races tomorrow to get involved in, unfortunately not world beating prices, but they are the selections so lets see.
3 30 Doncaster whataknight 9/2 2pts win 1 55 huntingdon baoulet delraoque 2/1 2pts win 6 10 Chelmsford bosham 5/1 2pts win 6 40 Chelmsford winterlude 7/2 2pts win |

By:
This is like having the new Star wars film with a new Mepoor thread, should be at least 15 selections on Saturday!
![]() |
|
By:
well only bet in, class 3 or better so limited now.just as well still should be more on weekends.
|
|
By:
Most losing punters or ones that have a little knowledge will obviously bet in those grade races or better as they will bet winners but they won't be betting value as the further you go up in class the less value there is races far to easy to price up and no edge whatsoever. All it does in the long run is probably reduce losing punters losses if they were betting in races where the real value is..

Winterlude for me.

Surprised that Dance of Fire is into fav.
Money does speak sometimes though. Trainer and jockey have not had winner in last 14 days First female rider for the horse. |
|
By:
Hugh Taylor has tipped it Pinza
|
|
By:
Dance of Fire that is. Otherwise I think they'd be joint favs at the mo. By the off when the real money comes in they could be the other way round.
|
|
By:
zip dont agree why theres more CERTS run in the low class races then group ones...check the form book over the last 50 years

A question for you mepoor if you don't mind.
mepoor 07 Feb 16 15:02 well when there the horse to bet , i still bet them as longa s i can get at least 5/2 any shorter then i would give it up. Yesterday: 4 races tomorrow to get involved in, unfortunately not world beating prices, but they are the selections so lets see. 3 30 Doncaster whataknight 9/2 2pts win 1 55 huntingdon baoulet delraoque 2/1 2pts win 6 10 Chelmsford bosham 5/1 2pts win 6 40 Chelmsford winterlude 7/2 2pts win Have you included the 1.55 Race into your P/L? Very unlucky with Whataknight yesterday and well done so far ![]() |
|
By:
good point statman but I bet what I feel is right, yes 2/1 might have looked short but when u look at the horse he beat in his last novice in second he beat a consistant horse which had run in handicap, which made him look like he had a stone in hand, then u look at the other horses who had to run at there ebst ever handicap to win race even without him in it, he looked like he had 7 lengths up his cuff, so 2/1 was generous and I could not leave it.
|
|
By:
a other nice day 2 winners and one falling when challenging at last, I'm sure he looked beat as didn't look like getting there even before fall. still +10.25 points profit.total +36.15 points
|

By:
very disappointed in Saturdays racing, but suppose that's going to feel like that when your trying to make profit and not doing it for the fun as I'm used to,limiting them on weekend is very tough but as longa s profit showing then its the way to go.
1 50 newbury zeroshadesofgrey 9/2 2 pts win 3 35 newbury blazer4/1 2 pts win 3 50 warwick niceonefrankie 8/1 1pt e/w 3 45 lingfield si senor 5/1 2 pts win |

serious start to this thread, v impressive. il follow with interest

Thanks for the reply mepoor but I don't understand.
A contradiction as far as the threads concerned if you don't mind me saying. It's your thread so I suppose you can do as you please. Also, I've been reading the thread with interest and notice that you haven't taken into consideration any N/R's and Rule 4's. There have been a few but only 1 that would have an impact on your P/L. Well done with today's winners and good luck |

feel free to correct my. p/l I work 12 hour shifts so not go time to really dig into it.its a very close guide more than spot on.

Just the 1 10p rule 4 to a 5/2 winner (Cup Final) that I've noticed, so nothing to get concerned about.
Keep up the good work |

oh good man statsman, make sure you track everything on this thread, you must be busy
