She has notions beyond her station as conveyed by her condescending remarks about the standard of riding in lady riders races. She was right but she's not much better if at all, it's the rides she's being gifted.
If she was capable, she would get more outside rides. The truth of is she is in a privileged position because of her step father, any competent jockey would have been able to steer home Teafortwo. I didn't think she was that articulate but perhaps in terms of jockey's standards. The jockeycam where she was screaming before she even jumped the last showed a lack of composure. Great to see someone call it as it is. Shes a rank average rider who gets gifted horses other decent riders would give their eye teeth for. Nina Carberry and Katie Walsh aren't just in a different league to her, they are in different universe. The biggest crime is that Walsh or Carberry never had decent owner/stable attempt to retain them as main jock. Nina wouldn't have her shoes wiped by most of the riders in the Tolworth today. |

Her attitude really stinks towards other human beings

couldn't disagree with dj more about lizzy Kelly,..shes no nina or Katie but she can do the job..i was @Aintree a few weeks ago she rode a top jockeys to sleep ffs..she does not get more outside rides because owners want men..i thought her grade 1 winning ride on boxing day spoke volumes..in the uk we don't have many good woman in nh racing..she is very good.

Agrapart had about 4 stone in hand on that field and is clearly at least a 140 horse. the 2nd was driven home yesterday to win off 113.
I would have won on it putting up 6 stone overweight |
|
By:
To me she came across as very sure of herself and perhaps thinks she's better than she is. In comparing her to the Irish ladies while Nina is the best of them all Katie Walsh has been fortunate to get the Mullins rides in the past and is actually not as good as some on here seem to think.

It is common practice by jump jockeks ,in particular, to shout at their mounts during races to encourage the horse to jump or pull out a bit more. Some of the language can be somewhat choice.
|
|
By:
she was screaming before the last - as she does through the race, and other races as an additional encouragement to motivate the horse, as Fallon chooses to whistle at them, nowt to do with lack of professionalism or composure in fact the complete opposite! hth
|
|
By:
Completely irrelevant comparing her to other useless female GB riders, you sentimental old fool.Tony57
The reason she doesn't get outside rides is because she isn't good enough. Name one winning ride she has ever rode that any competent jockey wouldn't have won on? Motivational for the horse to be screeching ,sweet divine.Sharp minds.she was like a dopey teenager after seeing Justin Bieber and it shows a complete lack of composure |
|
By:
dj, funny how you leave out my quote "she can do the job"?
|
|
By:
Tony57 the quote button didn't work properly so had to retype it but it's all rubbish you wrote anyway.
Nearly as bad as Delta who thinks screeching at a horse conveys a sense of composure and professionalism. |
|
By:
im sorry I disagreed with you dj..ofcourse we all know if someone disagrees with you its rubbish.

sidthekid 02 Jan 16 15:47 When she stops wearing a Shawl/Jumper and you see those 34c`s of hers in a T-Shirt, she will be on Every week. Facts 02 Jan 16 16:17 Moron I have no idea about Ms Kelly's vital statistics but STK is spot on insofar as they would love to see her showing off her feminine attributes. We've seen the marketing types do so before with the likes of Turner, Milczarek and, more recently, Pendleton. If STK is saying 't!ts oot' then I agree his post was moronic. He didn't explicitly say that though, so you might owe him an apology. It was a sexist and insulting remark. Would same comment be applied to a male guest wearing a jumper ? It was a moronic comment. So apology ? .....Nope ! |

What a simpering wimpy you are Facts. Men like looking at women. Women like looking at men. Each to their own. Enjoy your train set.

|
By:
Facts knows very well the calibre of poster he is dealing with Rydal and that's why he hides rather than get into any intellectual, philosophical or indeed practical discussion with me. This falls into the latter. I don't see women telling other women off for engaging in a bit of risque banter about the other sex and take my word for it they can be far more explicit than men. Facts is very much a, words for effect rather than deeds person. He likes looking down his nose at those he considers beneath him. I have nothing but contempt for such people.
Oh and while you have his ear ask him how those refugees are doing living at his house. Like I said words and not deeds. |
|
By:
Facts is the forum half-wit and if he had a brain would have a job..
Nasty disgusting individual that would have us all living next door to the absolute scrotums of the World.... TAKE ONE IN FELLA... |
|
By:
You're entitled to your view however erroneous Rydal but if I may draw your attention to my remark about the lady in question:
On the lady in question she seems delightful. Full of enthusiasm. She clearly loves what she does and is more than capable of doing it competently. I'm not sure where your theory about sexism originates. Of course having worked with the mentally challenged when I was a younger man I do realise stupid people jump to strange conclusions. As for the rest of your diatribe I return you to my earlier point. I believe in actions rather than empty rhetoric. I don't tell the world that I am going to be putting up refugees because it is the only decent thing to do and then slink away with my tail between my legs when challenged on the subject. You've backed the wrong pony son. I could eat both you and Facts for breakfast and have room for more. Think on. ![]() |
|
By:
She is genuinely effusive and engaging. I don't really care how she compares to Nina Carberry. She s no fool, and will enjoy plenty more success on T42.

I am truly sorry if I got it wrong about you being a sexist - but I did get it right about you being a pompous windbag, didn't I? ![]() |

How many more scum can you take in you freak.. There are a hundreds of millions of them and I can agree to take them in if ONE IN ONE OUT and you can go out and one can come in.. Will you take me up you ****... |

I think you misunderstood his post hft, good luck with that.

She's definitely made an impression on us, hasn't she? She's what racing needs in order to attract young people to the sport. I was at Sandown today..loads of young people. Really encouraging. Im impressed with her.

Go on then Rydal. It's Christmas and good will to all men. I wouldn't take too much exception to being called a pompous windbag as long as it's done with a smile on your face. Not so keen on being referred to as an **** though.

And I can even extend a little kindness to Facts in this season of goodwill having tanned him raw during 2015. No wonder he's blocked me. He hasn't blocked everybody else who called him a knob for offering to put refugees up and then a bloody hypocrite when he backed out.

homefortea
I prefer not to refer to these poor unfortunates as scum. The fact that I consider them economic migrants, queue jumpers and therefore shouldn't be allowed in doesn't mean I have any wish to dehumanise them as well. |

How does rating Lizzy Kelly as an engaging personality degrade into the 'should we/shan't we take in refugee's' debate! ?'
FFS, there are some right numptys' who post on this forum ! |
