I overlooked that, being far more preoccupied with Turf racing - and, consequently, their Australian arm, aswell, away from Ireland.

Because a particular horse is sired by an owner's stallion, does that make that horse bred by the stallion's owner?

I was always under the impression that the breeder was the broodmare's owner who just paid to have the stallion cover their mare.
