lady tiana has been in the notebook since last year, seems to have made big strides, must be the breeders supporting sir percy, like you say
there has been more multiple winners, distances of the races and types of races, more than likely is why dont come across lot of the progeny myself. older crops have been maturing as well, so suppose this has provided more opportunities this year for wins. |

Kodiac continues to set a very strong pace and with Kodi Bear and Adaay winning Group races this week, he has quality as well as quantity. Now on 94 GB wins, he could get past 100 by the end of August which is an exceptional effort. Acclamation with 89 continues to impress as well as both of the leading sires are getting almost one win per day.

amazing they both started off in the same maiden race, don't know if you noticed there was a 197/1 BFSP first timeout winner in Ireland this week for SIR PERCY, with a good name ENJOY YOURSELF.

RP have now changed the website, suppose must be to do with not having the race videos, not that I bothered watching
any of the horse races, going to miss the winners list's, now has been replaced by NICKS, this must be for the breeders, don't see that being much help to the punters, unless im missing something. |

Besharah added another Group 2 for Kodiac yesterday. He won't get enough prize money to win the Leading Sire title but still a very impressive season.

Kodiac finally made the 100 when Strands of Silk won today. Acclamation with 3 more today is now on 98 with Invincible Spirit third on 90 from Shamardal on 89. More detail at the end of the month.

Kodiac is doing well. I have seen quite a few of them this year and although they seem to be smaller than has 1/2 brothers IS, they are very strong looking types and precocious. He has one or two which could make useful 1st seasoners next year including Kodi Bear.

All change at the top and the AW bias is coming back. Acclamation is the first to reach 120, one ahead of Kodiac, while Ex and Ex is now on 114 after 2 more yesterday. For The Gotchee: Galileo is in 23rd place on 48 GB wins. Hope that speeds your recovery from what looks like a minor head cold.

Thanks Sageform.
Royal Applause doesn't get too many mentions on this site but he must be one of those stallions to go to with a maiden mare. He does get loads of winners. |

Must be reaching the veteran stage by now but his son Acclamation is carrying on his line with even more success.

Kakashan was the 132nd GB win for Kodiac this evening-he now has 21 more days of AW to extend an impressive record.

Final standings for GB sires by flat winners in 2015. An appropriate result in the final flat race of the year was another win for Kodiac to extend the all time record of wins to 135. Eight sires with 100+ is also a first.

Is Coolmore gone out of business?
![]() |
|
By:
I can only report the facts. Coolmore dominate the Irish racing and when added to the GB stats, Galileo is well up the list but as my table shows, you need a sprinter/miler sire to get the quantity of winners. Sir Percy did really well to be the best Derby winner in the table by a mile.
