Reserves Rule Change Reserves are not permitted when selecting at a meeting where no inspection is planned and normal NR rules will apply. |

ALL 3 SELECTIONS MUST BE POSTED AT THE SAME TIME. 11. Non-runners: Please ensure your selections are still intended runners at the time of posting, non-runners selected AFTER they have already been withdrawn will be settled as losers. Also please check if your selection has been declared more than once. In a nutshell, a NR will only be settled as a loser if: i) Its 2nd preference is selected but it runs at its first preference ii) A horse is selected AFTER it has already been declared a NR.
