I have loads of dinky corgi cars most of them mint in boxes ,batmobile ,james bond ,green hornet  and loads of others even some French dinkys ! you want to see what they fetch online !

sometimes my nan would send me round to cooombs bookies on sataday afternoons to get me granddad ,when you opened the door great plumes of tobacco smoke used to gush out !
modern day but in the 90s I remember popping into my local billies for a few minuets  and told my young son and daughter to wait outside while I got a footy coupon ,you could see right into the shop form  the outside ,when I got outside my daughter had a puzzeled look on her face and said "dad why do those men keep buying them bits of paper and then throw them on the floor LaughLaughLaughLaugh

anyone used to go hop picking ,was like a working holiday for the less well off and probably the only holiday kids got ! I never went but heard tales of great pisups and punch ups when some had one too many !
