Trying to make sense of going/times at Haydock is beyond me. Historical descriptions/going stick calculations show http://maps.turftrax.co.uk/iframe/goingstickarchive.asp?courseid=23 there isn't much correlation. Times certainly seemed fairly quick compared to the official description, but don't know how accurate the published distances were.

Additionally - in Winter, the have Switched the now Portable Fences from the Chase Course to the DIFFERENT Hurdle Course.
