Problem is now your vindication their system.........Somebody will probably be marching into their Boss office on Monday and telling their boss how much I saved Betfair by limiting the likes of Frog to penny stakes. After he won again on Saturday.
It be ignored the fact as well as the skill you need to pick the winners to get her a lucky 15. When you do TWO lucky 15s and get 4 winners out of the 8........You will need huge luck to put the 4 winners together. Thats what you feel Betfair misses. Limit singles or whatever...... but doing it on the likes of a Lucky 15 even if you now managed to get 2 up in a few weeks.....your not putting restriction only on skilled punters now......... but also the LUCKY ONES.  CONGRADULATIONS again...... to get TWO lucky 15 up in a matter of weeks its just FANTASTIC TIPPING.  |

I stopped posting because it seemed pointless to keep putting up the bets as Betfair were nolonger taking them. All it does is tip them off as to where the value is so they can change their prices.
For those interested Lucky 15s are a great bet if you are willing to wait for a payday and can pick value horses. They can the prices so wrong in the morning. If you fail to find value the margin is big in favour of the bookie. But if you find value 30% return on stakes is easily obtainable. With the exception of Betfred most firms seem happy to take these bets. |

I don't follow horses but fully understand the logic.It should have made some on here think of the potential of this type of bet.It is a pity there aren't more sensible topics on the forum these days.I am sure you will keep doing the Lucky 15s and continue to show a decent overall profit.If you do hit the jackpot any time it would be good to see the figures on here.Best of luck.

Great thread frog2 and well done with the profits to date.
Obviously value is key but do you have any specific form factors you focus on to find your selections? Looks like most of them fall in the 3/1 to 10/1 price category....I guess playing the L15 bet you don't want to be too far away from the top of the market for selections...in this sort of multiple bet. |
