The "Bookmakers" stooge has been strangely silent recently and his alter ego the rather camp clive33 has emerged to peddle the same old lies...

I need to make some points here.

I alleged to the Gambling Commission that "banned banks" worked for them and was disclosing information about "The Magician" he only had access to because of his role with the commission, and his previous delaing with me around my requests to get corrupt bets void.

to date the commission has not confirmed banned banks is/was their employee but have confirmed that

1) the banned banks account at Betfair has been closed (voluntary or otherwise - they did not mention)
2) that they view very poorly their staff releasing confidential data into the public domain poorly
3) they ahve no further comment till the investigation is over

that's interesting magician .
i wonder if they know that the banned banks account has been closed because they have the power to find out thorugh betfair or though banks telling them .

if banned banks did work for the gambling commission , there needs to be some investigation as to why a impartial body ( that he worked for ) was so much for fobts and them not being reduced in stakes or prizes

I'm actually shocked. Banned_banks sayed he never lied, and denied he had anything to do with the GC.

Also he sayed he had never been banned from ere..

Soooooo, there is a chance the oriGinal Banks may make an appearance???

if I was a betting man, I would suggest Banned banks told them...

Betfair (not regulated by the GC) would not tell them that very willingly I would imagine...

I would suggest the original banks will not re-appear

The commission have assured me that a memo went to all staff last week specifically indicating that they were not to release confidential data on public forums...

obvious questions is why they had to be informed of that LOL

the other obvious question is why a alleged commission employee had it in for me?

By:

he more or less disclosed a company that I built and as such my name... (neither mentioned directly - but enough given that many people realised)

both pieces of information he only had due to his roll at the commission, as the company is regulated by them

amazing thing was I felt like commission put me on trial and asked me to prove it...

rather than ask him to prove it was not, then in the end the collapsed and said "account closed etc etc " it wont happen again, but without actually agreeing it was him...

gave me all this right to free speech stuff...

I asked them was his right to free speach greater than my right to data prviacy form the firm that regulates me? no answer

that's disgraceful . i remember reading one of the threads where you asked him if he was the original banks , just so you know , yes he was .

also , how a gambling commission employee can be so positive in there views towards fobts is disgraceful and double standards .

I can think of one Irish sounding hoss that you were unhappy about. Maybe they hold a grudge?

guiness

many discussions about corrupt races the Commission refused to void under section 336 and 42

they refused to use thier power even when jockeys got done for pulling up horses they had laid...
