How do betfair get away with settling the market so quickly when a stewards was likely to be called - they then open a separate market and get commission twice

Ironic that the race happened to be called the "Guide Dogs For The Blind Handicap".

To be fair AA, I think the stewards was down to an objection which took a while to be lodged.

the two muppets on atr reviewed the race almost immediately after and both said a stewards would likely be called - the market was settled within 30 seconds of that.
