High Street Bookies would never of accepted a bet to win that much surely?

you here stories on here of people who can't get £200 on a 10/1 shot ffs

Let alone writing you a cheque for that amount.

"You took a free lunch off the manager? !!!!"

I did offer but he insisted so yes I did. Company costs after all along with the massive win he said so what was an extra £28 on top!

Plus, I should say the £2300 was only from the win part of the £5 4-fold.... Other money was on it as well, win and place.   so your changing the figures just like yesterdays fantasist

There is procedure to follow when someone wins a large amount. No chance that you collected a cheque that big the morning after, talking about digging a bigger hole dream on Laugh

Put the horses on the thread and not bet them (NAP)

Coral's paying out a cheque like that.. they would have had press there for all to see for a start....

This story is getting better by the post.

I would of had that cheque copied and framed also....

No he went to dinner with the shop manager Laugh

As someone who took £59K off Skybet once, wandering down to your local bookie with a cheque waiting is dubious at best!!!!

Whatever you won, well done.

No highstreet bookie would take the bet for that sort of payout

and if they did you would be all over the news

Overall I staked £2,300 on BF wins for all 4, BF places for all 4, wins involving doubles, trebles and acc's (all 4) along with e/w doubles, *trebles* and acc's (all 4). did corals not pay the place part of the bet on the same check or did you place the each way treble elsewhere

The cheque was not wrote, it was printed actually.

Enough of this now for me.

I know what I did and what the return was and if that's not good enough for you haters then go to hell because you mean nothing to me and you could only dream of winning such amounts hence the bitterness and hatred.

One thing for sure is that I will never ever post any of my fancies here again.

Lucky the bet wasn't done with an indie bookmaker.

The sight of the steel shutters down and the 'to let' sign while going down to collect your cheque wouldn't be good for the ticker

Carrot, you're a total and utter muppet, quite clearly... I stated my (small) bets and also the odds of the biggest winning multiple. Do the maths you buffoon and then get a life... In that order. I have nothing to prove to you.

Yes off you and enjoy your winnings, and stop cluttering the place with your tales of bullsheight, you couldn't accept the praise that three winners brought you, instead you had to create a story that is growing arms and legs everytime you post.

Also explain why with the amount going on to the last the odds hardly shortened till minutes before the race.

Praise!

I don't need any praise.

The selections where posted along with amounts staked well before the races took place so it's not your praise I seek. Fact is I won big and you are bitter because you dismissed the selections.

If anything I would suggest you learn to control your bitter jealousy.

Good day to you all.

Not at all.

If you read the thread from the start you will see that the amount won is not a one off so it does not change my life in the slightest. In fact I do very well indeed.

What I dislike is bitter losers who resent others winning and there are many here including you.

Anyway, I have a selection to concentrate on.

All I see is people congratulating, and one or two who find the amounts won dubious.
