your totally correct throwthetellyoutawindow, but as i stated on my return post at 6pm tonight, ive had to come back on here, daq is horrific, just got sick of watching bets go unmatched, if you look at total market amounts bet on say test cricket and premier league football over there compared to on here it's a joke, you have no chance of trading on a test match either, just odds flashing on an off the bloody screen. they have done nothing to improve anything at all in all this time, dont waste your time trying.

Me neither, but my expectations of all customer services nowadays is snake-belly low, so wasnt surprised (i'm referring to company's investment in their CS depts, which is minimal, not to the poor saps that have to man them) Good luck TIN...i'd join you but i'm 99% IR on the osses, and that's not viable on the purple side  |

Dac used to have a forum, but dropped it as not many used it and those that did used it to vent their frustrations with the liquidity

I'd read two pages of this thread getting all encouraged about purple before I realized it was 4 years old
and then finding my hopes dashed reading the present day last page with purple getting just as much abuse that Betfair were getting on the proceeding two pages.Betfair will be framing this thread and sticking it up in Betfair Towers. The reason why Purple is no good is simply down to human nature, if we all left on mass it would succeed but people don't, they stick to what they already do even if it's to their detriment, it's the same reason people don't bother to change energy suppliers and banks etc even if they'd be better off to do so, they just keep sucking it up as they can't be bothered, it's "too much hassle syndrome" and, "well, will everyone else come too" When something goes wrong on here, we here things like "we should have an organized boycott, that would show" them blah blah blah, but when everything is working the next day it's "yeah, right, forget about that" |

The same r&rs would stop the model reaching its max potential..and the same greedy cheats would be on hand to milk away.. prompting the owner/s to go down the exact same route as betfair. The whole industry is built on selfish greed. The notion that any person/s would pump their money into something for anything other than self-reward could only be realized in an idealistic world far, far, far away from the planet we have the misfortune of residing in.

It would still need everyone here to move over, purple is a rival and is there waiting...no-one goes.....possession is 9/10ths of the law and betfair is in possession. We're all like those hostages that after a number of years, even with plenty of opportunity to escape still choose to remain with their captors. |

Purple was useful when they ran a fairly basic bot to arb with betfair, but the current version which also shadows anything you put up on purple a tick behind on here is a massive pain in the arse.
