I am quite busy over the weekend. When I get sometime, I will come up with some stats about this season's comp. Let's see if it throws any surprises.

Already said it but saying it again: thanks for keeping the show on the road George, Meg, Stridingedge and thanks for the company to all of the participants. If the Wolvers 'do' is on next season will make every effort to attend. That's if I can tear Mr T away from the babies.

Just a note to thank Betfair for generously sponsoring our competition this year and specifically to thank BCM2 for his prompt management of the monthly prizes and the final prizes.

It was a pleasure to communicate with him over the 5 months of the competition, and I look forward to hopefully  repeat next year.

To all the "back room boys and girls" a massive thank you for a well run competition and a big thank you to all who took part and made it such a success.

Anyone who thinks they can actually make a profit out of 3 legged donkeys running under headlights in dire winter conditions on variable going with even more variable jockeys, in my opinion needs committing.

A total 116 players/usernames participated this season. There were 8 players quitting after just one attempt. ramluf found highest odds winner Downtown Boy at 50/1. There were over 72000 selections made by players in total with over 1500 winnding naps. There were just 4 who participated in all the competitions ( though I am not 100% sure about this stat as I missed capturing this before I started messing/playing around with the data ).
