A pal of mine used to work for Gilly , said you'd have been happy enough copping for his sleepers , and the amount of sleepers from the 4th/5th placed horse would have paid his mortgage twice over !!!!!

Dont post very often but seeing Gillies name mentioned i can remember when he started betting straight then when the N.J.P.C took over his seniority took him into to the key pitches and remember his words what a mug he had been betting without a great character and a blast from the past i wonder what he would have thought about the game today
