By:
Why say we have to see the whole race then proceed to show only the last furlong ?
They don't want to show the whole race because it was that bad and Boycie would have to fall off his fence |

i'm emailing stewards@wolverhamptonracecourse.co.uk
By:
agree with a lot what has been said but you have to remember the problem is it's all potentially libellous nowadays.
Look at the recent twitter problems with Mcalpine. That's mostly why threads get pulled and nothing gets said on air. |
By:
ffs just watched it what do the so called stewards have to see before they get off the ar@s and do something
By:
If we can't get Boyce to criticise a ride like that then we've lost the fcking war lads.
By:
is it libellous if sean falls of his fence?
By:
stewards looking into it
By:

By:
virtual
- potentially yeah. ATR have already had their scares. |
By:
has today been the bendiest day in a while?....
By:
what does a trader get for inside trading? 5 - 10 years?
By:
appreciate what you are saying
however there is a way of expressing shock or even disgust at a ride without inferring anything more they manage it with the us tracks every evening |
By:
agree with that Virtual. I think some are so careful not to trip up, not enough gets said.
By:
things like that ride should be discussed on the sunday forum instead of it being a trainers love in

Arena Leisure plc is a public limited company based in London, England, now owned by the Reuben Brothers. The company operates seven of the UK's horse racing courses - giving it a 23% share of the UK horse racing market - as well as and other leisure industry interests.
Founded in 1997, the company acted as an acquisitions vehicle to buy a number of UK racecourses ad leisure interests, also spanning golf courses and hotels, and joint ventures with a 47.85% stake in "At The Races". The hotels are all leased to major hotel chains.[1] Arena became dominant in the UK horse racing industry by adapting three of its tracks - Lingfield Park, Southwell Park and Wolverhampton - to artificial surfaces using the Polytrack system.[2] Giving it 3 of the 4 of the UK's all weather tracks, means that it can utilise them throughout the year and in different weather conditions, increasing usage and hence revenue. Having built up a 29.9% stake in the company, the second largest behind race horse owner Trevor Hemmings with 40%,[3] after approval from the Office of Fair Trading that there was no need to refer the proposed bid to the Competition Commission,[4] in April 2012 Reuben Brothers bought Arena Leisure. It now operate it and former competitor Northern Racing together, but still presently under two separate brands.[5] Now you know why NO ride at the AW tracks above, will ever be questioned by the puppets on ATR |

1 Jade green, flame hooped sleeves, black cap 3. Faffa (4)ATR Tracker 7/2 3 8 - 7
A Carter (5) T D Easterby 58 steadied start, soon slightly outpaced in last, closed over 1f out, never near to challenge ==== the atr synopsis .they must be watching a different race to the rest of us if they reckon he was never placed to challenge |

Boycey reporting that the stewards are reconvening to have another look at it. He thinks they may be considering putting it in their trackers too.

Surely Adam has a future career with ATR?

By:
.. or their sister company ''NOT At The Races!''
By:
The tie-in between Arena ( now ARC I think ) and ATR is a little worrying
![]() What was said above about ATR commentators on US racing is quite correct. They never quite say it is be nt but they do talk about awful rides. Very rarely do the latter in the UK. Surely not libellous to say the guy's no good. |
By:
1) Why blame the jockey? Anyone really think that was his idea?
2) Why continue to bet on a sport where all that matters is inside knowledge? |
