Those with the home SIS package need to get some sort of benefit so they are provided with several opportunities a day where the pictures for everyone else disapears, in my opinion.

We usually get some service announcement when LV goes wrong but we NEVER get one when the pictures disappear mid race - makes you think. Where are you Betfair?

same thing again at the business end of the race at Yarmouth. It happening once OK **** happens but for it to happen again smacks of something dodgy going on.

This is getting ridiculous (exactly the same in THAT Yarmouth race) - good to hear from you BCM2 - but this has only started happening since you have been away. It has happened probably 50 or 60 times , and almost entirely with 2 furlongs to go - that is why we are getting paranoid that this is in some way bent.

The pictures just always randomly disappear with about 2 to 3 furlongs to go. Strange that.

It is not exclusively a betfair problem as it happened on the bet365 stream. It's some dodgy **** who works for the company who supplies the picture. I backed the winner in the last at Yarmouth but would actually like to se the f..king horse win. I don't back in running so don't know anything about that.

It's a fecking disgrace and not an accident or a "technical issue".

bilbo - it starts when I am away....I stress, I was on holiday and not filming races or punting on track. Seriously, I saw that one here. Incredible. Wish I had an answer to it. It was the same on other sites too. I am going to send an email and see if I can get an answer or explanation myself, directly.

Last 2 furlongs AGAIN for me at Yarmouth. I have had this at least 30 times so coincidence is a most UNLIKELY explanation. Start with the most likely reason ie fraudulent activity. Betfair should be seen to treat this as not just a annoying technical issue but as a potentially criminal issue.

Amazing scenes. When video packed in I switched to ATR and was still able to lay Blue Dune.

It will get brushed under the carpet like everything seems to the do in the UK. The company who supply the pictures must be Yodel in disguise.

All I can tell you is that we asked our integrity department to look at instances where this happened (ie pictures dropped out near the finish). They found nothing to suggest there was manipulation of the markets or things being swept. That'll be done again after this. I'm not trying to defend or palm it off - as regular posters will know, I just to try to inform where I can.

I asked my integrity dept to take a look aswell (that's me btw) and i can confirm that my p + l is being manipulated by the loss of pictures.

In some cases it's downright dangerous for me.

Nash - that really varies. Depends on how many races, type of race, number of meetings, strength of the field etc etc. There isn't really a discernible pattern.

They are taking the piss.it's like they were waiting for the commentator to say they are off and then blank the screen. Shockingly awful service.

It NEVER happens in the paddock or while they are walking around behind the stalls. Coincidence ? - like hell.

This seems to be a server prob as I had no probs at Worc or Yarmouth this time.

That last race was done on purpose at Yarmouth. It's almost as if the perpetrator is reading this thread. Right at the exact moment they the leave the stall. Yeah what ever!!!
