put a bet on at sp.. 3 doubles and a treb.. all bets confirmed on iphone...

noticed straight away that the treb wasnt on and complained straight away..

3 jollies.. first one was up. telephone operator asked if it was balsys site or totesport.. reply was totesport..

he said he wasnt surprised as it was worse for problems...

asked him to look into it..

he got back to me and said that the it dept were looking into it... and that the results so far were inconclusive..

2nd one has won..

whats the odds that they wait until the 3rd wins  before they conclusively deduce the bet wasnt on or actually confirmed..
